The president is bound by treaties approved by tbe US senate

But he is not bound by executive orders issued by a previous president

Every federal judge who does not know that should be impeached

Why do you insist on running around in circles? State your point.

That's not even close to the truth. Democrats are smarter than that. NOBODY wants a *******ned war in the Middle East and to suggest that is shear lunacy. That would be devastation for everyone, including the US. Stop being so tribal and use your common sense just once, when it counts the most.

Then, what is your point? Just say it, clearly, state your point.

Now claiming ignorance of your incorrect claims and trying to bait me to explain to you AGAIN, your error. Funny that.

"Presently, there is no official Supreme Court ruling on whether the President has the power to break a treaty without the approval of Congress, and the courts also declined to interfere when President George W. Bush unilaterally withdrew the United States from the ABM Treaty in 2002"

A treaty signed by the executive branch and approved by a 2/3 majority of the senate is a law that future presidents must obey

You can blame Congress for that. They continued through the years pushing off difficult decisions to the Executive because hard decisions might affect their votes for re-election.

Congress pushes off difficult decisions onto the President? Nah, The president makes decisions, many of which have to be approved by Congress. Don't forget that the president also faces reelection.

Tried North Korea and he didn’t have the balls only the opposite. Tried Venezuela but didn’t understand the people. So yea let’s do Iran everyone hates a Muslim right? But yet pulled back the order. You can’t play at war monger its all in or **** because the effect of just talking usually translates to war anyway a war of attrition

Sure, blame the cop rather than the criminal. Iran has committed so many provocations that any other country would have bombed the **** out of them years ago. During the Obama administration, Iran seized a US war vessel and held our sailors captive. That is an act of war, and yet we did nothing. Now they have shot down a US military drone over international waters. That, too, is an act of war, and yet we do nothing. If war comes, you can't say Iran didn't ask for it.

Trump is hardly the person who should be acting like a cop. He is irrational and a blowhard.

Trump is not going to war. He is more interested in bravado and grandstanding. As long as he can fulminate against Iran and get cheers, it’s a win for him.

You mean cheers from his base because his blustering is upsetting to the rest of the world.
