Agreed. If the Muslims decide to immigrate to Europe it is their right. Europe has no modern culture anyway, better that it be taken over by Muslims who bring real cultural diversity and sharia values and legal systems. There are no Sharia family courts. It is a very misleading term. They are a form of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) which means civil issues being addressed outside the litigation process with usually no binding effects when a decision is made.

 

Yes a court that is binding on marriages for Muslim women that they are discriminated against and have to take it because UK men don't stand up for women when Muslims might get angry at them. It would look like an immigration system that didn't let in tons of people with anti UK sentiments and a refusal to allow parallel systems in one society probably. But that is racist, no matter what race the Muslim is. Their belief in a fake a prophet trumps UK sovereignty and the rights of women there.
