Delta then is committing a crime in Georgia with it's lying. So you support prosecuting the head man at Delta?

Most lying is not crime. Did 'the head man at Delta' commit purjory or falsify legal documents or what?

Corporate Crime seldom exists. Officers of Corporations do get prosecuted for criminal acts. You should not punish the stockowners for merely owning stocks. BP was given as one Corp accused by a poster of committing crimes. Officers are not immune. And the workers on jobs are not immune. BP as a corporation committed no crimes when the well blew up the rig in the Caribbean. It was more caused by on the job employees.

Correct that most lying is not criminal. But the head man at Delta lied about The GA Government. Was he correct to lie?

Lying is never correct. But it doesnt sound like what he said was illegal either. If I fly anytime soon, I plan to avoid delta, fwiw.

I am still not persuaded that prison cures criminals. After watching what is happening to convicts in Germany, I think they have come up with better ideas.

This is garbage. Are you serious? This is the most hypocritical rant on this entire site.
1.Corporations are not covered in the bill of rights.
    2. Taxation has been a tool of government to compel behavior since the dawn of time. In fact the left has a monopoly on this.

Are my first amendment rights being violated when I buy gasoline because I’ve always wanted to move to California?

Is California violating the rights of car owners when they tax non- green energy cars?

Are my first amendment rights being violated by the tax penalty of moving my business out of New York?

The people of Georgia voted for those laws. These businesses leave because they fear cancel culture more than money. They don’t leave because of moral virtue. You’re a fool if you believe that.
