No one believes Northeast Asians and Europeans have higher IQ than Black Africans due to their skin, but due to their larger brain volume and genes linked to IQ which are more frequent for these groups than Blacks.

You trot out a red herring trying to muddy da waters. nuff said

Bottom Line Negro means black in french and portuguese...which is where the term came from. Ignorant people were hood winked into thinking it is a offensive term....have you ever heard of any negro who knew that the term means black? Of course not none of them know this....nor in fact do most white folk....all of this hullabaloo about being offended is based on ignorance...simply that and nothing more. If they are going to be offended by negro then they should be offended by black as well...not even mentioning that most american blacks are not black ...so they want to accept a innacurate description to replace a supposed offensive word which means black...do you see how stupid this is getting....all about semantics and ignorance....yes too many have fallen down a wabbit hole....dat is foe damn sho, Get real peeps and quit letting the race hustlers control your minds. Try and think for yourself....very liberating.

this may help you................a rose is a rose is a rose.

.........genes control it all....genes make you what your are or what you are or what you are not. Genes determine whether you are gay or straight, genes determine your hair color etc.etc.etc.

No one that i know of has ever said your skin color makes you dis or makes you dat....skin color is just the result of your genetic inheritance...as well as an indicator of a certain genetic mechanism or correlation that controls your intelligence as well as your skin color....
obviously there being some genetic connection between skin color and intelligence since all the nations that rank at the bottome i.q. wise are of a darker nature.

Anyone upset with their low i.q. or their race or their gender or their sexual orientation ......please do not try and blame me....your argument if you have one is with the Great Creator....personally I think you should be thankful you were given life....you could have wound up in the garbage dumpster like so many black and white babies do. Appreciate what you have...and everyone is capable of improvement...work on dat.

heh heh your problem being you consider anyone who disagrees with you a waycist.....hey we can all imagine stuff...people imagine what they want to see. As has been previously shown your making up what racism means or more accurately what you think it means says it all....but think how coinfusing it would be if everyone made up definitions just out of the blue sky as you do.

Now I will leave you with a little truth.....I know you will reject it but it might be of use to some...............all this talk about blacks being victims which the media and most politicians run with is merely a effort to distract from the real truth............blacks victimize other races to a much bigger extent than they are victims...but even when they are victims....it is a predominant matter of being victimized by other blacks.

Now that is reality...it has been presented and verified by statistics....so puhleeze quit trying to play the game of victimhood politics....the informed know how fallacious that is.

People have a inherent right to be what they want to be or can be as long as they are not harming anyone else.....there is nothing wrong with racism...it is not illegal. Essentially racism in its true form is merelly an recognition of the fact that genetics determine a person's characterists and to a large extent even behavior.

Get your facts straight. I told racists on The Phora they should be killed for their beliefs after they started hurling racist insults at me. Before that I tried to be civil with them and debate topics such as Race & IQ in a scientific manner. Most of them didn't want that. They wanted to harass me and bully me with racist messages so I bullied them back by saying racists should be killed for their beliefs. That's not terrorism by the way. That racist Empress also accused me of death threats. Death threats are when you actually threaten to kill someone. Saying "you should be killed" and saying "I'm going to kill you" are very different things.

Irregardless is not a word ... I didn't read much further than that because the answer to your question seems so obvious.

People have been sent to jail for saying similar things.....if for instance someone after reading your post went out and killed some waycists....and when arrested they pointed the finger at you and claimed you inspired them or motivated them to go out and kill waycists..........you could be facing a very long prison sentence. In fact you could be arrested just for saying that if someone wanted to bring charges.

it is illegal to encourage someone to commit a crime.... ....akaaiding, abetting, counselling or procuring an offence to be committed. Counselling would be the key word for you.

Also even though you are ignorant of this law....ignorance of the law is no excuse. The wise thing for you to do would be to get the moderators to erase the post where you encouraged the killing.

Clearly you don't know the law. I can't be held accountable for another person's actions. If I actually tell someone to kill another person and have a direct influence on them doing it (ex. Charles Manson) then I can be charged with conspiracy to commit murder. I can't be charged with any sort of crime for expressing a belief. Besides I was clever enough to frame it in the context of it being legal to kill racists as a capitol punishment for being racist. If you read the sort of comments I made the statement was that I would write President Obama and ask him to pass the Zero Tolerance of Racism Act making it illegal to be racist under penalty of death. Exterminating racists is not genocide! Of course I am just joking and trolling but it caused quite a stir.

If you were at all familiar with White Supremacist rhetoric you would know that this is a spoof of the "Day of the Rope" scenario where racists claim that once they create their White Nationalist state they are going to use their power to exterminate non-Whites and race traitors. Expressing fantasies of murder and plotting to commit murder are not the same thing. Fantasy expression is protected under freedom of speech. I could write a book about how cool it would be to kill every racist in the world and I would not spend a day in jail if some people said they were inspired by my book to actually kill White Supremacists.

You could claim as a defense that you were merelly fantasyzing etc.etc.etc. the bottom line would be if the jury believes you.

Irregardless................ Encouraging violence is synomymous to inducement to commit a crime and it is punishable under the law...if you value your freedom you need to be aware.

Encouraging violence is a criminal offense. If I say, "I urge me fellow Egalitarians to go out and kill racists" then I could be charged with a crime. If I simply say, "I believe that racists should be killed for their beliefs" I haven't committed a crime. Expressing a belief and encouraging illegal activity are two different things.

I'm a very brave guy. If I get a visit from the FBI I will just tell them that I was joking. I have family in law enforcement. I've talked to them about this stuff. They usually don't arrest people unless they make a credible threat. They investigate first and make decisions on arrests later. I know my rights. People have challenged me to fights and threatened to kill me over the internet by the way. I wouldn't take it seriously unless someone did something like uncover my identity and location then make the threat. At that point I would call the police.

in a US corporation, a racist can think what they want against another employee, but they can't say what they want against the other employee or it becomes harassment.

If you're claiming being insulted online is discrimination then calling for people to be killed for their beliefs is terrorism.

Hint: neither is discrimination or terrorism

Being subjected to racist insults online is racist discrimination. It doesn't stop being racist because it's on the internet. Likewise making a credible threat on the internet could get you investigated and sent to prison. It's no different than if you sent a threat to someone's mailbox. Legally it is regarded as an assault and could be construed as terrorism. Expressing the belief that people should die for what they think is hateful but in itself not a credible threat. A credible threat requires you to express your intention of doing something. Learn the law.

This is the clip where Bernie Sanders said that Black Lives Matter:

The question was framed, "Do Black Lives Matter or do All Lives Matter?"

His answer was Black Lives Matter. He didn't say ONLY Black Lives Matter. He said those words have meaning and that we need to combat institutional racism. Clearly he gets it. The #BlackLivesMatter movement was never about exclusion. The message was never only Black lives matter it was Black lives matter too. The people saying all lives matter are deliberately distorting the message of the movement to suit their racist agenda. They saying, "You shouldn't be saying only Black lives matter" when that's not even the message. Ofcourse all lives matter but these people are raising awareness about the racist atrocities being committed against Black people in America. And I don't support everything people in this movement have done. The two women who crashed Bernie Sanders speech to promote the movement were wrong for doing that. However the message of the movement that we need to raise awareness about hate crimes against Blacks is a necessary one.

The question was framed, "Do Black Lives Matter or do All Lives Matter?"
And the answer would be ALL lives matter ! And if the question was do White lives matter or do ALL lives matter , you would be fine with that response ? GET REAL !

Again he never said only Black Lives Matter he said that the movement address a problem (institutional racism) that we need to find a solution for. All lives matter goes without saying.

The best response would be to point out that the question is based on a false presumption. It doesn't have to be "or."
