Arpaio stated that his deputies were trained by the Federal Government. Now if they can prove that Arpaio gave his officers specific orders to target Hispanics, than Arpaio might be charged. But I think the chances of that happening is nil.

 

I cited the current state of the law, which is in CONTRADICTION of the ruling of a SINGLE, MISTAKEN JUDGE.

His ruling will fall, obviously, unless the USSC reverses itself= snowball's chance in hell.

Please quote the section of the Civil Rights Act(s) that you think makes "racial profiling Unconstitutional".

There is NO SUCH Constitutional requirement, as long as the LAW applies to everyone.

PLease cite the NON-MEXICAN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT than Arpaio refused to arrest, for not being Mexican.

Can someone clear this up for me? Are they saying it racist because they believe that every single police officer there is white and that they don't have a single hispanic officer that has no problem with doing this, or are they saying that it's racist because they think it's wrong to question anyone that they suspect to be illegal in general?

Although called "racial profiling", it also covers cultural background. It has nothing to do with the officers themselves. Arpaio targeted areas that were largely hispanic. The law allows law enforcement to question SUSPICIOUS individuals but Apraio used "latino" as a factor in determining who was suspicious.
