Ha ha...., you didn't address anything, just the typical duck and run.....

You are apparently too lazy to look at the links provided, that is where the data are from the JMA LINK

Meanwhile you didn't actually address my statement at all, thus you are stuck in the mud,

No what you did was make it clear that you are too biased to make an honest response to an article that WUWT posted which actually came from NASA/ REUTERS!

Earth Is Not in the Midst of a Sixth Mass Extinction

“As scientists we have a responsibility to be accurate about such comparisons.”

    NASA / Reuters

    PETER BRANNEN JUN 13, 2017

At the annual meeting of the Geological Society of America, Smithsonian paleontologist Doug Erwin took the podium to address a ballroom full of geologists on the dynamics of mass extinctions and power grid failures—which, he claimed, unfold in the same way.

I notice that both Bowerbird and dgrichards completely ignored this:

"Still waiting for the Troposphere Hot spot to show up.
    Waiting
    waiting
    waiting
    waiZzzzzzzzzz"

This is where the Positive feedback marker is supposed to show up, but warmist/alarmists certainly don't show up.....

As is usually the case, WUWT is simply an aggregator here. Here's the original, prominently linked in the WUWT post, again as usual. Your lazy denial is what isn't impressive.

There is some possibility that de-isolation will lead to our extinction via biowarfare or even accidental release of GMO organisms, but that's the price of being connected.
    I am objectively correct.
I am obviously more knowledgeable on these topics than you.

More scientific than absurd CAGW scaremongering, at least.
:roflol::roflol::roflol: The IPCC reports are political documents, not scientific ones.

Good then you can easily prove that by performing a critical analysis of those documents

I provided the link (included in the WUWT post) to the Smithsonian researcher's remarks. Your prejudice is your prison. You need to move beyond name-calling.

You should be helpful by quoting or linking to a specific section of the 400 plus pages of the IPCC report, otherwise you are just spinning and blowing smoke.

Then you don't know that much about the AGW conjecture after all since you are unaware that the hotspot is a featured example of the Positive feedback.

    Bowerbird writes:

NO what I and Jack did was to expose your prejudice over it, you still contribute nothing but smoke here. You are the one who mock free speech by attacking sources in willful ignorance, that is YOUR problem you have.

Do you have anything beyond childish evasions to contribute here?

On a national level? The foundation was built under the Obama Administration (who is currently effectively serving a 3rd term right now), but free speech has been much more severely curtailed since the formation of the SODC on January 20th, 2021 (about three months ago). It has been curtailed well before then on more localized levels.

There is, but it's mostly of isolated species like the dodo that can't compete when our transportation systems bring in tougher competitors or predators. Isolation drives speciation, so de-isolation drives extinction.

". . . . A closer review of the most recent information dating back to 1870 reveals that, instead of a frightening increase, extinctions are actually in a significant decline.

What is apparent is that the trend of extinctions is declining rather than increasing, just the opposite of what the new report claims. Also, according to the IPBES report, we can expect 25,000 to 30,000 extinctions per year, yet the average over the last 40 years is about 2 species annually. That means the rate would have to multiply by 12,500 to 15,000 to reach the dizzying heights predicted. Nothing on the horizon is likely to achieve even a small fraction of that.

Yes, and I explained to you, very clearly and patiently, that it is being caused by our transportation systems, not climate change or CO2. Do you want to shut down all air and sea transportation to preserve Malnowski's Lesser Variegated Northern four-spined aspen weevil?

Case is already made as a most cursory search soon reveals. You should have done that before posting. You wouldn't look quite so clueless, perhaps? Anyway, I've done my due diligence. Time for you to due yours, assuming your goal is accuracy. (Hint:use more than one source and insure that they are credible.)
