"Most Western Nation's health officials were telling their citizens that the risk of a pandemic was low.

I also posted the following FACT 100 times;

"In North America, the most prepared "jurisdiction" was British Columbia, a Canadian province".

Main reason; They didn't listen to the WHO, and/or waited for their testing kits.
Note: Before Jan 21st, British Columbia's CDC developed their own testing kit, no flaws, no delays.
Note; Prior to March 6, British Columbia was doing more Covid testing than the entire United States.
