    And right there is one good reason KR is not out of the woods on this yet. He is about to find out that Equity is a whole different procedure than criminal and that a Wrongful Death judgment can upend your life quite as surely as can most criminal convictions.

    The best solution there is the same as when any type of conflict is imminent, run away. IF that is truly not possible then you may have no choice but fleeing is almost always practical. The old "action-reaction" and "21 foot" laws apply even more when you are running away than when you are trying to resist.

    Yes, there are plenty of stories to choose from on a search engine.
    There are some results of that search stating he died of drug over dose as well. The poster I responded to wanted links suggesting it wasn't neck kneeling. So I gave a bunch to chose from.
