The kingdom was established a long time after europeans slave raids, like 200 years after. they sold slaves to europeans to acquire the guns needed to defeat the european slave raiders.

ipersonally wouldnt call the introduction of guns a benefit but then again, europeans love their guns, makes them feel like men.

I havent read the entire thread so I'd like to mention the barbary slave trade which preyed on europeans...continous raids on southern european coasts from the 16th to 19th centuries depopulated the entire coastal regions of italy, spain and france...an estimated 1-2 million europeans were catured in pirate raids...and not only the Mediterrenean suffered raids, raids went as far north as Ireland and Iceland...some of the wealthy catured were ransomed back to their families but the poor would die in the fields, workshops and brothels of n africa and the middle east..

BS trade is one of many slave trades , interesting here that only the Afro_Americans take this subject(compensation) seriously ., question is why?

no you understand everything just don have an argument . once again , do you agree that all WE super powers have been heavily involved in Trans-Saharan and Trans-Atlantic slave trade? with development of this region was almost totally depending on Trans-Saharan /Trans-Atlantic slave trade in XVI-XIX c. ?
