Excuse me ? That was the entire point of FDR social security program..it was a ponzi scam by the democrats to begin with...they didn't think ahead..
Uhm once again the post I read on here is now claiming Trump dropped on the Forbes list of billionares..so what does that tell You? It tells me he was never in it for the money..
Since most in the US adhere to populist ideologies and platitudes ... would this mean most in the US are disadvantaged ideologues ? Perhaps. For sure most have an unrealistic "necessary illusion" of the greatness of the nation. This is largely related to the amount of propaganda spoon fed to the masses.
Ok 44 million uninsured would represent about 85% instead of 90% with coverage Of the 44million how manybare illegal aliens who should not even be in this country much less be making demands on our health system? How many are young healthy people who chose not to buy full coverage? Not that it means they did not need any insurance But health savings accounts or catastrophic coverage is what they really wanted There was no need to destroy the private health system except for the fact that it was too good and without a liberal-progressive dagger in its back would not lead to the socialized medicine system that lefties crave
Man, he has no effect on anything real - he just raves and rants like a drunken adolescent, ludicrously displaying his own ego. Now tell me how he organises the weather!
Lets put it simply. The Republican platform from 2008 destroyed your claim that the American healthcare system was in great shape before the ACA. And the platform said the 44 million were Americans. Nice try though.
I don't think the article is about racism despite people who like to use racism to divert the discusdion.
I don't know what that may mean, but manifestly your system is a disaster. It treats only part of the population and costs twice as much as decent systems, because it is run primarily for profit.
No question about that. America spends way more than the rest of the developed world for arguably inferior results. But pretending that the American system was working before the ACA is unsupportable by fact. That the ACA did not fix the system is also a fact. And it is also a fact that Republican proposals so far will not fix the system and probably make healthcare outcomes worse.
Pon·zi scheme ˈpänzē ˌskēm/ noun a form of fraud in which belief in the success of a nonexistent enterprise is fostered by the payment of quick returns to the first investors from money invested by later investors.
Perhaps you should bother to research why Forbes dropped the estimates of Trump's wealth before embarassing yourself further.
What embarrassment ? That fact says everything you need to know that it smashes the left's propaganda that Trump was in it to make money.
Actually no. And you can't post any evidence to support your claim. And pleases don't do the normal Republican stupidity of deliberatly confusing increase in healthcare premiums with the increase in premiums on the exchanges.
