    What an irrational thing to say .. Osama Bin Laden was born to a Syrian woman and Yemeni man in Saudi Arabia.

    Barak Obama was born in the US to an American mother and a British subject in the US on a student visa.

    Because there are only two types of citizens...

    Obama's parents don't actually matter at all since he was born on US soil.. just like Jindall and Rubio.

    The law isn't fuzzy at all.. and it has NOTHING to do with natural law or common law...

    The term "allegiance" would only come into play at all if Obama's parents were foreign diplomats in the US.. Then and only then would Obama NOT be a US citizen.

    Why don't you get off your high horse and read the law?

    I sure hope you are very young, because , if not .. you really should know more about US law.

    I don't need to listen to it because no matter what it says...as mentioned before...the Constitution, 14th Amendment and Title 8 of the US Code trumps whatever is in the OP and it doesn't matter how fancy the OP is explained.

    What we do know is that pretty much everyone disagees with you- that would include the Voters- who knew of Obama's father, Congress, and Chief Justice Roberts.

    That would include the Congressional Research Service, the Indiana Court of Appeals and Judge Malithi.

    That would include Senator Lindsey Graham and Senator Udall.

    So you think that everyone was complicit in ignoring your interpretation of Natural Born Citizen- even Senator Graham in 2004?

    No, because Osama Bin Ladin did not meet any of our eligiblity requirements.

    President Obama meets all three.

    So okay to elect eligible Obama, not okay to elect ineligible Bin Ladin.

    Is that clearer for you?

    Well since Barack Obama is President, based upon exactly what Margot said, and that this has been confirmed by Congress and multiple courts....

    I think Margot is doing just fine.

    You are the one with the whacky theory that no one but you and Titus believe in.

    Let's review the eligibility requirements:
    a) 14 years residency
    b) 35 years of age
    c) Natural Born Citizen

    Hitler failed on a and c.

    Now Timothy McVeigh would have been completely eligible. So would have Ted Bundy.

    They are eligible. Would our political system allow them to be elected? I don't think so.

    Barack Obama, Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney all qualify on all three counts, but still must convince the voters.

    That is how our system works, and while you may not like Obama, any more than I appreciated Bush, the system works as it is supposed to.
