Can you name any of them? None of them have been major. The heart transplant (1967) was a variation on the kidney transplant. Amoxycillin (1972) is a variation on penicillin. Ebola is the last new disease discovered (1976). One major discovery I left out was vitamins. The first cure for scurvy (vitamin C deficiency) was published in 1753, the first theory of vitamins was published in 1905, and the first discovered vitamin was B1 (thiamine) in 1912.

You keep saying that, and yet I have no idea what you mean. Here's a timeline of medical advances. Perhaps you think cloning of a sheep (1996) or DNA sequencing (2000) is a major medical breakthrough. Or maybe the first penis transplant (2016).

Here are ten in just the last decade. There have been hundreds in the last half century. This is hilarious

Actually I dont think it is too bad an idea to just let the whole obamacare POS collapse from its own weight. Then the democrats will come hat in hand BEGGING the republican Congress to dump and replace it.

But the problem with this is more and more people will get hurt as obamacare fails. Already several states have no insurance companies that want to deal with the POS obamacare.
