So his net worth is between 116,014 and 804,998, quite a range, wouldn't you say? With that much variation I have little faith in that estimate.

If you're not turned away from the "socialist" label that he proudly identifies with (but won't join the "socialist" party because that would be too honest), then chances are, you already agree with him.

 

Bernie has no chance due to his unfortunate decision to identify himself as a Socialist. It's not that Americans don't love Socialism. They do. You just have to call it something else, like Social Security.

 

His nomination would guarantee a Republican presidential victory in November 2016..which is precisely why the Democrats will tolerate him for the moment, but eventually circle the wagons around Hillary...a much more viable candidate.

Who knows. Jews remain quite possibly the most left-wing group, however. Even today, they support socialism and other far-left ideologies more than any other cultural group. Perhaps it is because the founder of socialism was Jewish, as were the primary followers of socialism (Bolsheviks) and this has become part of their heritage.

Of course they are, which is why they will be in for a nasty surprise down the line. I didn't claim they were following any kind of rational sense. As it stands, they still have a lot more of a uniform racial and cultural society than we do, which allows them to continue engaging in their fantasy.

 

I like Sanders A LOT!!

But I think he's in to expand the debate (as it should be).

This round will probably go to Mrs. Clinton, in the Democratic camp. In a time where "money" is less of a factor, someone like Sanders probably would win. But we don't live in that time. Money dictates to much of the success of a candidate and Clinton is able to compete at the current levels. I doubt if Sanders can/will manage in that sense.

 

What makes you think they are socialists? What programs and laws have they created, proposed, and have gotten passed that you think is a socialist ideal?

Sanders wants a welfare state...

Perhaps some of you like the idea of sitting around the kibbutz smoking your reefer sticks, waiting for President Bernie to give you your free stuff..while simultaneouly stealing it from the productive...thereby crippling incentive to actually move America forward.

He envisions a classless America where the janitor makes the same as the neuro-surgeon. it's a joke.....America will go the way of Greece with Crazy Bernie at the helm.

He's UNELECTABLE..to all but the welfare class who like the idea of free stuff and swallow the class warfare sentiment hook, line and sinker.

Norway (although not in the European union) also has open borders. They beat us in education and healthcare, and they have the largest budget surplus in the world at 25% where as the US has a 17% deficit, and closed borders all around

Sanders is amassing a larger base of supporters. He's exactly what I want in a candidate. At the very least, he'll push Hillary to the left, thus making Hillary more palatable.

 

How long after Sanders is elected does the purge and reeducation centers start?
