The concept is called lag. Also, they don't understand that inflation is currently a global phenomenon. How would Biden cause inflation in Europe? Of course, none of that matters, when the only aim is to get the great leader re-instated.

Anyone who has taken an economics course knows that inflation causes people to lose purchasing power.

What is important is that GDP growth exceeds inflation.

This is the case right now.

There was no inflation under Trump because there was almost no economic growth.

 

Doesn't matter. He was president while it happened. If that kind of logic can be used against Biden, it applies just the same to Trump. Either be consistent in logic or just be another biased partisan amongst a sea of biased partisans all trying to claim their point of view and the people they support are exceptions to and excluded from the logic they hold everyone else to.
