That's just one more right wing spin. He did not say America is an embarrassment! He said doing something in particular would make us "an . . . . . . . . . . . embarrassing". But even if he hadn't muffed up his wording there, he is not saying America "is an embarrassment". He is saying it would make us....... (embarrassing/embarrassment). As such he is warning against taking some particular action for reasons he gave.

If your eyes were opened wide, you would know Trump is making America out to be an embarrassment. No other world leader tweets erratically like he does, no other first world leader attacks their countries press like Trump does, and no other world leader generalizes groups of people as broadly as Trump does. I can't comment on America's laws in this regard (as they're not the same as ours), but I will say taking aid where it's needed doesn't mean 'injecting yourself' into the politics of that nation. Medicines Sans Frontiers et al having been providing aid in situ for many many years, all around the world, in some real hot spots. When you're limiting your involvement to aid, there's usually no problem. You're not evacuating people, or providing armed support, or anything like that. You're simply feeding and watering until the crisis has passed.

Absolutely on that last point. The moment a would-be refugee crosses OUT of their nearest neighbour, they should lose all right to asylum. I would make it even harder for them, and also strip them of any right to enter the country the usual way. Banned for life, as it were. It demonstrates a dishonest approach to the process, and that's a 'character flaw' which should disqualify them from ever migrating.

Nicaragua, El Salvadore, Panama we've been there and done that. We send aid, the despot ruler takes it, oppositions forces form so we support them and get stuck. Hopefully in Venezuela the people are going to overthrow the socialist and go back to their freedom and liberties they had under capitalism where they were a very prosperous nation.

Well if you would open yours you would see he is making us stronger and getting back the respect we lost under Obama and that respect is that they all just love us to death. It's they RESPECT us. They want to emulate our sucesses which Trump can and is willing to give them a hand. But he will always protect OUR national interest first and not sacrifice that so some country with "like" us. For Biden to go an denegrate us in a foreign country to a foreign audience should disqualify him to the voters from being elected.
