Oh, and for the record, @WalterSobchak, I knew Joe Biden was going to be a disaster for the economy, because it was beyond obvious to anybody with half a brain what was coming, so I shifted my investments into real estate, and various other inflation hedges, and so I probably didn't even take half the bath you did when you went all in and bet the farm on "ole Joe".
