I liked your post, & agree with your sentiment, though I've reached the point where I feel "fighting" with forum Trumpsters is, & will always be, a losing proposition, & a waste of time. Trump supporters function on an entirely different wavelength from you or me. They are, like Trump, convinced of their own correctness, even when that smugness is based on everything other than real facts. Facts have become irrelevant, along with truth, since the latter is based on the former. I have no lingering hopes of converting Trumpsters into moderates. I only hope the number of Trumpsters remains in the core level of around 36% of our electorate, & that we have a historically massive turnout on election day.
Agreed. We (Anti-Trump Voters) really have to be on the same page and not waste votes on 3rd Parties (or sitting it out). As far as participation in PF, and being outnumbered 4-1 at this forum (and considering that a person in my position faces relentless incoming, with a 24/7 target on my back) it would be easy to just walk away and let it become a RW Echo Chamber. BUT, I must admit that I relish the position of being one of the Last LW Standing. And, this place is still a lot of fun. Keep Fighting the Good Fight.
