If she has gone to central America to "fix" the problem she is in the wrong place. These countries have economies based to citizens sending money to family members from the U.S. They want more emigration to the U.S. The problem can be reduced by undoing the executive orders and returning to the "stay in Mexico" policy. That isn't possible, of course, because making them stay in Mexico doesn't meet the goal of importing future voters for the party.

So, she is charged with making it look like they want to reduce the immigration without actually doing anything about it. Pretty easy job, I would say. I would do it for half the price.

 

Oh well either she looked at the situation and told Biden she wanted no part of it or she has already been fired.

This administration is in total disarray at the border and doesn't know what to do or else knows what to do but can't do it now because of their own statements.

Uncle Joe said the only policy he changed was toward children. Is he telling it like it is or not? Is he sending them back, save for unaccompanied children, like he says?

And what about the unaccompanied children? They should be reunited with their family in their home country or sent to the government in their home country. If the children have U.S. relatives? Still no. There are many U.S. families who would love to fully sponsor their relatives who may be more deserving.

 

"Going down there" is theater. She needs to put someone in charge of dealing with the children. The rest of them should not be admitted and we can help them to return home.

The children may be traumatized, so we can help them reunite with family members in their home country.

 

At Kamala's lofty level, a lot of what one does IS 'theater'! Nevertheless, you have show your FACE, take a stand, and LEAD!

We need to send all these 17 year-old "children", their cartel handlers, and all the rest of them BACK over the border, and make them STAY there at least until some degree of SANITY is restored to the whole border region!

And all the Biden administration can offer is "We are committed............". No action, they are just committed.
