The after affects of the pullout. In another post on this thread I'll mention how Biden continues to provide the spark which explodes powder kegs...Biden is the powder keg exploder...Biden is the bull in the china shop so to speak.

I'm the OP of this thread.

There's a powder keg in the Middle East, no doubt, but Trump didn't provide the spark to set off that powder keg. The Biden Administration did set off the powder keg in the Middle East when it armed bitter enemies in the Middle East: The Sunni Taliban were armed by the Biden Administration as a byproduct of the Afghanistan pullout and the Biden Administration plans to arm Shia Iran with a nuclear deal(s).

BTW, not only did Biden help to set the spark to the powder keg in the ME but Biden also made the US totally dependent on ME oil.

They saw us that way in particular under Trump. We MAY recover from Trump's losses in the next decade, though probably not thoroughly for the next century.

Trump handed this shitshow to Biden and he did the best anyone could. Democrats always have to fix Republican ****ups and then get blamed for them

What kind of help are you talking about?

    We don't help them.

No one expects Trump to own his deal with Taliban.

Biden said the buck stops with him, so he has accepted responsibility. I doubt he is interested in 2nd term, so he is probably not worried about his plummeting ratings either.

The problem was that they were never pro-west, - in their hearts they were always pro-Taliban. They believe in the same sharia nonsense as the Taliban.

There is nothing wrong with a plan, everyone has a plan. What matters is how it was executed. Neither you nor anyone else can say how Trump's plan would have been executed by Trump. Personally, I think he would have worked with our allies coordinated and a well managed exit. We do know, however, how Biden executed his plan, a disastrous failure. Biden is a senile old man, weak in character, and weak in cognitive ability. We'll be lucky to survive this idiot's administration.

IMO Biden's disastrous failure WAS Trump's plan, Trump told the Taliban that if he won in 2020 they would get all the Allies and probably most of our citizens as rewards for their cooperation, If he lost they would get the same, but later and done in such a way as to make whoever had dared to beat him look as bad as possible. Call me a conspiracy theorist if you will, this is the type of person Trump is. The lives of thousands are just pawns in his perverse and evil machinations

We were very lucky to survive 4 years of Trump. We will never get through any more.

So, sleepy Joe came into office wrecking every Trump policy he could find in it’s entirety but was absolutely helpless to change the Afghan policy? Is that really the hook you want to hang your hat on? Biden is a weak senile old fool who can barely find his way to bathroom without help. He’s flailing desperately and so is the Democratic Party, which is actually a criminal organization in drag.

I agree with that but not the way you meant.

For the next three years and three months, I just don’t want Joe to touch anything. I hope the powers that be are able to take away his fork so he can’t stick it in the electrical socket.

    Fingers crossed and worried ....

Ok, so you reduced you initial argument about NATO need military help all the time to potentially needing US at some point in the future. Likewise, they would help us. That's the whole idea.

I didn't say anything about how he would have done it, I just said no one expects him to own the deal he made with Taliban, but Biden did own his execution of it. Will he resign? I don't know. Maybe, but he said he owns it.

I've never seen or heard Trump deny his Afghan plan. He has always owned it. He has condemned Biden for making a mess of the exit, but then so has every major ally America has.

Seth, we are a bit closer than you think on this. I don't believe he's mentally retarded or has Alzheimer's disease but there are definitely some things he could have executed much better than what we all have witnessed these past harrowing weeks. I make no apologies or excuses for him and I want real answers.

It might sound cruel but it doesn't really matter to me if he wants to play with forks and light sockets. I will go there and personally resuscitate him because he's going to keep this promise OR he will have me (and all that stand with me on this) to provide some real answers or he can be fired just like the last guy.

I stand with our soldiers and allies. I stand with our country. No excuses.

It becomes Bidens fault when he decided to ignore the warnings from the Taliban for his 9/11 photo op.

Instead of evacuating per the agreement, Biden wanted to make it a political stunt.
He evacuated our air base 30 days prior. What idiot does that?
He waited until the city of Kabul was occupied to order the evacuation
Then goes on vacation for 4 days
He pulled the troops out first What idiot does that?
Causing us to leave Americans behind trapped in the city
And the unnecessary deaths of 13 service members

When all he had to do was evacuate when he evacuated the airbase without occupation or Taliban interference.

    THATS WHY

And, you have that right and I vehemently defend your right to Freedom of Speech. We can disagree. I promise the sun will rise tomorrow.
I'm not exactly sure how this is relevant. Can you add something else to help me understand how you're connecting the dots?
