Johnson declared a national mourning day five days after the death of ML King, and national mourning day are for people who are truly recognized as exceptionnal, I doubt that ML King got all this appreciation in the five days after his death, he was already respected and appreciated by a lot of people.

The memory of ML King is a sun who will shine in the memory of people probably for the centuries incoming, in the memory of all people, no matter their nationality or colour of skin, Farrakhan is nothing compared to King, just an ominous and bittered little man, barely known outside of USA. King was talking to everybody.
