I think the question is predicated in a false premise and ultimately rendered moot. The questions asked are historically better asked of White People suffering White Pathology. The history of this country in particular has far more killing of Blacks by Whites than any other nation on earth. The history of the world proves that Whites kill Whites at a far greater pace than Blacks kill Blacks worldwide. All of Europe's development from Greece to Great Britain was born in Whites killing Whites. No valid questions are asked of the White Pathology that produces death and destruction worldwide in the OP.












So, when we get serious about addressing the issue we see that the Pathology of Killing is an American Cultural Trait, born of the Social and Institutional realities that were organically produced in Slavery and the Genocide of Native American Aboriginals. Until America decides to deal with Slavery and its killing of Aboriginals head-on, don't expect the matter to get any better. In fact, expect it to get worse.

In the meantime, Black People, should learn from history, unite as One People and build the Economic future that provides the foundation for all their Families to participate in the new Global Paradigm just on the horizon and completely under the radar of most Americans not paying attention to its birth.
