They pretend that the black community is isolated and self-supporting without any outside influences that would cause the lack of harmony in the black community. The racists ignores the economic and social oppression of the blacks from the "white" society they live in. The racist ignores the fact that the odds are over 3:1 against a equally qualified black applicant and white applicant apply for a job of the black person being given a job. Even if they overcome the racial prejudice in the employment practices they will statistically only be paid 60% of what I white person would receive in compensation. The racists ignores the fact that if the black person can't obtain lawful employment then they're forced to engage in the illegal "black market" of crime where violence is prevalent just to make a living. The racist ignores the fact that anti-black racial prejudice by law enforcement and in our criminal justice system also drives more and more blacks into a life of criminal activity just so they can earn a living in the illegal "black market" that we've forced them to rely upon. The racist ignores the fact that because of economic oppression the traditional importance of education doesn't matter because they won't get a job anyway.

All of the above represents the expression of explicit anti-black racial prejudice that creates the problems for blacks in America. It's based upon ignorance propagated by the racists that don't want to know anything about the oppression by our "White Supremacist" society that creates the problems for the black community.

Above the "jobless rate" for blacks is mentioned so let's address the "official unemployment rates" where blacks are about twice as likely as whites to be officially unemployed. The "official unemployment rate" only refers to those that have had a job, have demonstrated they're qualified and hard working individuals, but experienced termination of employment due to a lack of work and are actively engaged in seeking new employment. So they're qualified and they're not lazy individuals.

Studies reflect the fact that the "black employee" is statistically the first person to be terminated due to a lack of work by the employer. Because they're laid-off first it increases their percentage of the "official unemployment rate" reported by the BLS.

Studies also reflect the fact that the black applicant is statistically the least likely to secure employment when compared to the equally qualified white applicant. This also increases the percentage of qualified blacks that are "officially unemployed" based upon BLS reporting.

Only the racist ignores the statistical fact that because of anti-black racial prejudice the hard working and qualified black person is the first person laid-off and the last one re-hired resulting in a disproportionate "official unemployment rate" for blacks in America. The racist also ignores if they're re-hired statistically the hard working and qualified black man will earn 40% less than the white man in the same job. Instead they call the blacks lazy and unqualified because they choose to be ignorant in rationalizing their anti-black racial prejudice.

The racist doesn't want to know the truth and certainly won't accept the truth because the truth is contradictory to their bigoted racist opinion.

 

The wealth gap narrows as Blacks get more educated actually.

So, why don't more Blacks take education seriously?

White Supremacists are if anything are far more maligned by society than Blacks are.

As a White Supremacist you really got to watch what you say, because most people White, or Black aren't going to agree with you in today's society.

White Supremacists today are clearly a small minority in U.S.A society.

Yet, even in spite of this Blacks have gone no where since the fall of Jim Crow, and the rise of anti-racism.
