Owning a gun is not commerce.

Which has nothing to do with being subject to federal and state laws.

Can’t own a gun, without commerce. And the public safety concerns are protected by congresses authority in the general welfare clause.

It’s why firearms are regulated by the federal government.

As we have already decided, there is no 'general welfare clause'.

And owning a gun is not commerce.

As we both know, of course there is.

Can’t own a gun, without commerce. And the public safety concerns are protected by congresses authority in the general welfare clause.

It’s why firearms are regulated by the federal government

You claim there is. But you haven't proven your claim. Dismissed.
There is no legislative authority to regulate 'things people can't do without commerce'. So...

Stomping your feet won’t change reality.

I don’t understand why you can’t comprehend perfectly plain English. My post was perfectly clear. Libertarians say some really batshit crazy things. You think laws don’t apply to you. Lol

I agree. Please discontinue stomping your feet and produce this mythical 'general welfare' clause.
I think laws don't apply to me? Really? How do you know this?

There is no legislative authority to regulate 'things people can't do without commerce'. So...

    Article 1 section 8

You seem to think the federal government can’t regulate firearms. They can, and they do.
    Already refuted this.

There's no 'general welfare clause' in that section.
Not nearly. But your rope-a-dope is cute. We're done here. You're a failure.

    It’s in plain English.

I’m sorry that your libertarian bullshit prevents you from living in reality. But reality isn’t changed because you refuse to accept it.

You gun grabbers use the “general welfare “ clause for everything you can think of. The 2A overrides anything before it in the Constitution. That’s why they call them Amendments.

Gun grabber? Lol I’m quite confident I have more guns than you do.

Lol. Sorry, but you are just as subject to federal law, as everyone else in the US.

The united state federal government is not authorized to regulate firearms on the basis of the general welfare clause, nor the interstate commerce clause. No matter how many times it is repeated by yourself, it is still false and baseless.

False. The united state supreme court has gone on record in Heller and stated that the second amendment is not subject to a judicial interest-balancing test where it is weighed against vague and poorly defined notions such as "public safety" whatever that may translate into for any given individual.

If the united state federal government truly has an interest in "public safety" it would be keeping convicted criminals locked up for the duration of their existence, rather than allowing for them to return to the general public where they present the greatest risk of harm.

Article I, section 8 of the U. S. Constitution grants Congress the power to "lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts, and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common defense and general Welfare of the United States."
