They will go after Fiji due to their abundance of natural resources which include but are not limited to; timber, fish, gold, copper, offshore oil potential, hydropower and tourism.

Its close proximity to the China mainland compared to other North American and european countries makes it a very desirable location to come after and exploit their resources.

The population of the Philippines is 100 million or 900 million below 1 billion which is 1000 million. The only nations with over 1 billion people are China and India.

As for the question in the OP I would say China has multiple targets but if by target you mean war it won't be the US or EU. They will try to stangle these nations to death using economic warfare. You could even say they are doing that now with all the debt and assets they are buying up in the EU currently combined with the devualtion of their currency to get the industriual bases of the US/EU moved to their nation. They are winning the peace against the US/EU so no need for war against them. Any of the others could be military targets though and Kazakhstan to get access to the middle east would be the top of my list. They will need to control oil supply before they try to expand anywhere else by force.

Yes. I see it as the easiest way for China to secure the oil supplies it would need for later expansion. I guess Tajikistan or Krygyzstan would also be an option for them as a first target on the way to securing middle eastern oil but they were not in the poll so I voted Kazakhstan.

The Chinese want white women. If we give them what they want the Chinese won't make trouble. What do you think?

I can't help pitying you for feeling "suppressed" instead of "surprised" everytime you find something surprising. Anyway, I admire your courage for creating confusion in the forum with your incoherent expression and confused mind.

The following are some interesting links for your perusal:

    1. List of conflicts in Europe
You will be surprised at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_conflicts_in_Europe

Some people claimed the wars were fought in defence of Christianity against Islam, while others blamed the conflicts on the struggle for regional supremacy among major greedy imperialist European powers.

    2. List of wars involving the United States
You will be surprised at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_wars_involving_the_United_States

Some people claimed the US imperialists are fighting for world domination under the pretext of liberty and democracy.

    3. Manifest Destiny: American Imperial Myth, Then & Now
You will be surprised at http://www.leftcurve.org/lc29webpages/manifestdestiny.html

Some people claimed that the European settlers aimed to the eradicate as many natives as possible in the New World, while reducing those who are still survived to forgotten people.

Others claimed the US expansionists are using the "divine mission" of Manifest Destiny to "liberate" all other people in the world from their own "ignorance" and "corruption", bringing the white men's "gifts of freedom, democracy and Christianity" -- whether they want them or not.

    4. List of American Civil War battles
You will be surprised at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_American_Civil_War_battles

US ultra-nationalists defend the Civil War as the only way to abolish slavery and preserve the Union.

    5. List of Japanese battles
You will be surprised at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Japanese_battles

Japanese imperialists claimed that the wars were fought in the name of uniting one Japan and liberating the rest of Asia from Western imperialist powers. The militarists, on the other hand, defended the wars as the way of the Samurai and Bushido.

My dear friend, I hope you will not feel more and more "suppressed" but rather more and more "surprised" at your ignorance, incoherence and confusion in your mind.

No. But North Korea's development of nuclear weapons and long-range missiles poses a direct threat to the United States.

I have to apologise to lynx for the mishaviour of my dear obedient nephew because he can't help asking any girl an embarrassing question whenever he finds a pretty one, especially Chinese, in the forum.

If he asks the same question to a Chinese man, the most likely reply would be: "The more the merrier."

Finally, please keep his cheeky behaviour a secret from his Chinese wife.

It's very simple for Russia, India and Turkey if they don't want those planes, just shoot them down with missiles.

Depends on what "target" means. If things continue the way they are they will definitely overtake our economy (by many estimates within 5 to 10 years). After that it is only a matter of time before China begins calling the shots on a global level.

I'm sure China's #1 Target would be Taiwan.

Actually, the Taiwan problem is very simple for the Chinese mainland to solve without resorting to force. It just has to do nothing. It just cut off all trade and economic ties with Taiwan and let the island's economy rot by itself.

There is no need for any so-called target. In fact, it is stupid to use force on Taiwan, not even a military threat. In the consequence of any military action, China will inherit nothing but a huge mass of rubble and junkyard in addition to the burden of solving a financial and social problem as severe as that of the Eurozone crisis.

Chinese leaders were flattered and hoodwinked after a few so-called pro-unification Pan-Blue KMT veterans went back to China to pray at their ancestral tombs and temples.

Please refer to an example in the following links:

    http://english.sina.com/p/1/2005/0501/29628.html

My friend, you can drift forever and ever to the outer space, but not Taiwan. The island can't drift at all, not even an inch further from the Chinese mainland.

Yeah, that's why the Chinese spend 35 billion a year maintaining a massive military complex on the coast opposite Taiwan, because they fear a Kuomintang invasion force.

The tactics are called Air Sea Battle. There is a doctrine to accompany the concept. I think it is foolish.

In regards to the U.S., economically, yes. Militarily, no.

India, on the other hand, is a completely different story. I'm pretty sure that the nuclear rivalry between India and Pakistan makes China more than a little nervous, living right next door to both countries and all. China would want India removed from the picture because of their economic friendship with the U.S...well, if you want to call taking all of our jobs a friendship, of course. :-D

It would be worse. The U.S. doesn't have as bad of a human rights violation record as China has.
