Here is the title of the OP.

I'll take my demonstrably wrong every day. Over what you think is correct.

It is not discriminatory it is not within their SOP to ask questions only INS officials and those trained as auxiliaries are allowed to ask...It is not within their jurisdiction or beaurocratic authorization.

    U.S.
Undocumented Housekeeper At Trump Golf Course Says She Does Not Regret Going Public

Despite risking her job and possible deportation, the undocumented immigrant who publicly identified herself as an employee of President Donald Trump’s New Jersey golf club says she does not regret speaking out.

“We need to come out and defend ourselves,” Victorina Morales told The Associated Press through tears, referring to other undocumented workers at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster. “I had enough with suffering.”

The maid's case is problematic, she has said Trump gave her generous tips and complimented her work, also that she worked there for several years, but "had enough of this suffering". Evidently Trump was nice to her, who caused her to suffer so much and why would she remain at a job that caused her such suffering?

On the issue here, the fact immigrants and illegal aliens can apply for and do receive public assistance has been established. Illegal aliens are absolutely ineligible, but immigrants who are lawfully present are supposed to be deported if they become "charges of the state", this is precluded by their visa, foreigners admitted to study, for medical treatment, or to work are ineligible to remain if they require public assistance.

In law, domicile is the status or attribution of being a lawful permanent resident in a particular jurisdiction

I wonder how many clever democrats are collecting welfare checks from more than one state?

I think they would have to go out of state to use the same name or change their name for two free rides in the same state

But no doubt democrats will know more about their profession than I do

Apparently you can go down the road on garbage pickup day and get as many IDs as you want out of the trash. Why cross state lines when all you have to do is make sure your neighbors aren't already collecting welfare before you take their power bill?

I think using the same name and SSN in the same state would be picked up by the system within that state

But again, if you want the straight scoop on how to scam the welfare system ask a democrat

Allowing people to use a discarded water bill as ID would mean that you don't need to use the same name and SSN. You just need to get the SSN of the person who's water bill you took out of the trash, and make sure they aren't already on welfare.

No doubt some citizens scam the system, the issue here is the 'non-citizens' doing this. I'd also figure the more likely scenario would have a non-citizen finding out about the 'entitlements', submitting an application, and then figuring out how to satisfy the criteria. Someone who was told eligibility required residency for some specified time, would say they met this condition once they found out they weren't required to prove it. Public assistance disbursements per individual are insignificant and in theory the punishment for fraudulently claiming any is sufficient to discourage this, but the applicants have dire need, the programs are underfunded, with inadequate staff and very little effort devoted to verifying eligibility.

To state it plainly, had eligible voters made the appropriate choice in 1992, I am positive that there would not be an illegal problem in these United States of [North] America. It is because the people not wanting to make a sacrifice for themselves, and wanted he hear sweet nothings whispered into their ear, that we are in the fiasco that we are currently in today. Whether you blame, Obama, "W", or Clinton does not matter because they are ALL kissing cousins and GLOBALISTS, just like the current POTUS, although he is not a relative of theirs, but he is still a Globalist who is OWNED by the same cabal that owned his predecessors.

Discriminatory on the basis of what? When I think of discrimination, it is in regards to discrimination on the basis of sex, gender, race, religion, national identity or sexual orientation.

    What is the "requisite time?"

Half of all illegals overstayed a visa.

What we really need is a national ID card modeled on the Nexus Pass where the card is read by a reader tied to a national database. Every employer could be required to check the card against the database at least once for citizens and frequently for noncitizens. If the visa runs out, the employee is no longer eligible to work and the database is changed. Domestics, day laborers--they all must have a card. Readers are cheap and the government can send someone around with a reader. The ID can replace the Social Security card.

Employers caught hiring illegals would be subject to fines and jail terms.

Ask yourself: why isn't Trump doing much to go after employers?

A physical barrier may help, but it's not nearly enough.

Good luck getting a conservative SCOTUS to interpret the Constitution to mean something other than what it clearly says.

I would be real happy if they were going after more than a few thousand employers.

The Bloviator-in-Chief should tweet less and do more.
