No you won't because prosecutors won't even prosecute criminals that are involved in BLM and antifa. Not until we start voting in the local elections and getting rid of those leftists that agree with it.

The violence -- which enveloped the rally to protest the planned removal of a statue of Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee -- reached a crescendo when Fields, who was protesting the statue's removal, sped his car through a crowd of counterprotesters, injuring dozens and killing 32-year-old Heather Heyer.

I am shocked CNN put this in...

    https://www.cnn.com/2021/11/23/us/c...-right-trial-deliberations-tuesday/index.html

Thanks for bringing this back in to the light AJ and backing up my claims and destroying the "fact check" crowd here that claims it was all about racism.

    No problem.

Anyway, RP--I don't really look at things in terms of "backing up" or "destroying" anything.

I just call 'em like I see 'em, and I thought posting that link would contribute to a thoughtful discussion of the subject matter.

I hope these White Supremacists get what they deserve and spend eternity in prison and I mean it! These people that caused this trouble were evil and I mean evil!
Satan is their savior and that's a fact. What former President Trump said was that they were OK people, I say that they are not and they were and are evil, They have no place in our American Society at all! That is the what these White Supremacists are and that is what I think of them!:machinegun:

    It was all about racism.

The instigators STATED that it was about racism in numerous vids, texts, public statements, etc.

They even conspired to delude police on how big their "rally" would be, so as to be less constrained by the LAW!

Now, these racists have a $25,000,000 bill to pay.

And, that is not nearly enough, if you ask me.

The lawyers will undoubtedly get a cut of what is extracted from these criminals. Do you think they will just give up?

And, I HIGHLY doubt that those harmed have any intention of allowing these criminals off the hook - for the rest of their lives.

The protest in general on both side was about the statues removal... Even CNN ****ing admits this why cant you? Sure there were idiots on both side ramping it up.

The question of the thread - when does free speech become conspiracy to commit violence - has been answered. It remains to be seen whether or not MAGATS got the message...

    Not much, it would appear.

If it's cash they're after the plaintiffs should have sued the City of Charlottesville for not maintaining security and order. Had Mayor Michael Singer done his job none of this would have happened and Heather Heyer would be alive today.

In all the years I've lived in the Commonwealth this was the worst case of gross negligence on the part of public officials I have ever seen, and in my estimation that negligence was deliberate. Former Gov. Terry McAuliffe is complicit in that negligence, as well.

    That's what Joe Biden said.

And it's true. Unfortunately, public officials in Charlottesville and Richmond let the worst elements on both sides clash and a young woman is dead because of it. There's no way those two groups should have been allowed to come together. I've been to bigger demonstrations than that in DC and Crow Control Rule #1 was keep the protesters separated. That didn't happen here.

The numerous strong statements of the criminals who organized this event STATED their beliefs and intent in no uncertain terms.

The immediate motivation was to protest the removal of the statue.

But, that was absolutely stated to be only one step in their violent assault against Charlottesburg and beyond.

To me, it's especially damning that they lied to the police concerning the number of their kind who would attend, with the PURPOSE of making it easier for them to conduct violence.

Suggesting that the statue was all this was about is just plain BS.

I know what he said, and Bidumb said the same thing about some of the groups opposing the removal of the Lee statue. Suck it up and deal with it.

The guilty discussed the use of cars to drive through counter protesters.

They conspired to make the police believe it would be a far smaller march than what they knew to be the case.

Blaming the city does not even slightly reduce the criminality of the defendants.

Cash ain't the goal. Financially crippling the alt-right is. And they achieved their goal. It ain't the first time. Ask Richard Butler and the Aryan Nation...

Here's the thing, Will - the Charlottesville PD did nothing to keep the crowds apart. In fact, the demonstrators were herded into one another. There were also State Police and National Guard troops in C'ville and they were never deployed, either.

Just about everything that happened that day could have been prevented by Mayor Michael Singer and Gov. Terry McAuliffe and it wasn't, and that goes for Heather Heyer's death. That road has been blocked off in the past and it should have been blocked off then, too.

The City is responsible for maintaining law and order, period - not the demonstrators and counter-demonstrators - and there were plenty of assets on hand to maintain law and order. They were never deployed and they didn't keep the crowds apart. That should have NEVER happened.

Cash obviously was the goal, and they'll probably see little of it, as AJ pointed out.

And this particular cesspool of inbred, racist twatwaffles is financially crippled for life. I'll take it... :applause:

    Then charge the police.

That doesn't relieve the criminals of their responsibility for having engineered the various deadly assaults that they planned.

$25 MILLION awarded to 9 people who sued two groups of white nationalists who caused them physical harm during the Charlolttesville racial demonstrations.
