As a movement, of course. Individually... the opinion piece proves that there might be some wedge issues going around. But as a movement... They don't care enough about children being separated from their family to sway their support of Trump. Not the inhumane treatment of human beings at the boarder, including children. Not Trump this administration's efforts to undo pre-existing condition coverage. Not Trump paying off porn stars, or any of the many accusations of sexual abuse against him or his pals. Not mass shootings. Not Trump palling around with murderous dictators... In fact, nothing I can think of that has to do with any care for human life at any point after birth. None of those things have made them waver in their support for Trump.

That's as close to a "single-issue" movement as you can ever hope to see. And you cannot name a single thing of such importance to them that they would turn their back on Trump.

 

You have no proof that they are a one issue group. When you claim they are that is an exaggeration because it simply is not true.

Trump's response to CT clearly called out that what he cares about is that Christians pay him off in political suppot for the concessions he's given them.

I've noticed this push for evangelicals by Democrats/neo-commies bit telling. The Democrats/neo-commies internal polls must show them that they need to kiss up to them. This whole story is just another part of this push that began like a week or 2 ago.
