Then you know with utter certainty about the anxiety of people Hillary’s age with digital communication.

We both know you have had trouble getting people your age to learn how to turn on a device and using a tocuch pad to open one app and using the most basic functions in that one app.

And you know introducing one more app, let alone a whole separate device, is a nightmare. And I know you know this. So you might as well admit it.

so when democrats controlled it in other sessions of congress, and performed the same thing to republicans, those were kangaroo courts as well? did you bother reading that wikipedia link, the cases demonstrated were not just republicans attacking democrats, it contained examples of democrats attacking republicans who clammed up and were hiding things too... let me guess, you don't have anything to actually add to this discussion, just name calling and demeaning others without any substance? because clearly you're unaware of the information I just provided, and didn't realize democrats did the same thing, you just wanted to demonize republicans who did the same thing?

Are you calling my father stupid?

Come on over, and let's see how you hold up.

You didn't read my post at all, did you?

Being interested in using and understanding a brand new form of communication has nothing to do with how smart or stupid someone is.

you said... """The congress cannot just punish for ignoring subpeaonas. AS you see, cabinet members etc sometimes ignore them."""

I showed they can punish someone for ignoring a subpoena... what are you attempting to suggest or spin now? did you mean to say something else now? are you "evolving" your position to mean something other than what you said? how many more times do you want to be wrong... ignore a subpoena, you risk punishment...

it would make no sense to do that to Clinton private servers, so I do not believe it to be true as stated

Destroying evidence under subpeaona is a crime. Altering data under subpeaona is a crime. There are other lawsuits in motion. You still seem to think that just because Obama's DOJ refuses to do their job that nothing wrong has been done.

You can spin it how you want, but other than corruption, lack of common sense is the only valid excuse that exists.

Raping puppies is a crime. Torching babies is a crime. Why isn't congress going after Trump for that?

(Being able to key in a list of crimes doesn't make your deep desire to have the crimes falsely pinned on a woman you hate any more likely)

    Really?

It's common sense that women of her generation had zero chance of becoming POTUS if they let stupid white man who think they should still be controlling women tell them what “common sense” is.

Using your common sense, Hillary would probably be baking her award winning chocolate chip cookies.

She didn't behave like you want her to behave.

    Get over it.

Yes. It makes clear how ignorant of the issue you are. Subpoenas for ALL emails are issued to determine whether there have been security breaches contrary to the law or not.
Once the subject of an investigation gets to decide for herself what is to be destroyed and not then you have a situation where destruction of evidence is inevitable.

Laugh out loud! If your knowledge of the Constitution is equal to the simple, basic elemental elements of the criminal justice system you seem to know nothing about then YOU are the one who should be reading up.

They process has run its course. She didn't do anything illegally. Get over it.

They don't supersede her constitutional rights guaranteed in the fourth amendment.

Too bad we aren't Russia, huh?

Oh please spare me. She's hardly a woman that needs you to defend her in that way. She is way past the point of being able to play the victim.

A diplomat who has been in government nearly her entire life, and wants to lead the most technologically advanced country in the world, that can't figure out how to use email. Deserves criticism.

LOL, must be why more lawsuits are in the works. Sorry you either excuse wrongdoing and/or stupidity but that is what you are defending.

Who said she is playing the victim?

I was just calling out your absurd notion that you are in any position to give her advice about common sense.

So, in your expert view, the Congressional subpoena of government documents is "unconstitutional"? Really?
     Yeah....Russia....good one.

Well, we saw, from the Obamacre website problems, that the Feds don't seem to have a grasp of how to hire truly skilled IT types.

That said, even though I don't like the policies she seemed to be implementing, Hillary as SOS was running around the planet under such stress representing this country that it was an obvious detriment to her health. Emails and their management were probably a very low priority, except to assure that she was able to communicate as necessary.

Also, it's very, very difficult to do a good job of governance with multitudes of partisans out to "get" you. I hope when the upcoming election is over all this carp will stop.

She was supposed to turn over all[/B ]of her emails to the State Department, and they were to determine what was personal and work related.

Donald Trump has been involved in 4000 lawsuits. So what's your point?

Let me guess, none of them are legitimate claims against him, and none are so frivolous from his end either that might suggest he is using his billions to crush small business with less access to capital.

You made her the victim as if i some who wronged her by saying she has no common sense. I'm not telling her what common sense is, or my notion of the concept. It's common sense. She doesn't have it. The inability to use e-mail in this century, by someone with her credentials is inexcuseable. People without the ability to adapt to the modern world have no business running it.

POTUS if they let stupid white man who think they should still be controlling women tell them what “common sense” is.
