The subpoena are for PUBLIC RECORDS. The subpoena is not for PRIVATE RECORDS. And even if they asked for them, her not turning them over is COMPLETELY LEGAL.

What part of that isn't clear to you. Private emails on a private server in a private house are protected by the fourth amendment.

Sid and her were talking about work. We wouldn't have even know about that conversation if Sid wasn't hacked. The state department, FBI should have decided what was work related and what wasn't. I dont need to see her emails. It's relevant to the original investigation. It's something that could not have been fully investigated. If any evidence of wrongdoing exists it was destroyed. They told her to hand over the server and she said wait a minuet, let me just delete a few things. Any of the blowback from her actions is fully on her.

People have private conversations about work all the time. If you think that is compelling PROBABLE CAUSE, then get a warrant.
