    Well then how did the F.B.I. who confiscated Hillary's Server { or was there more than one }
not unearth some funny bidness when they took their sweet time inspecting and
investigating those servers.Journalist Ed Klein in his upcoming book about
Hillary - Guilty as Hell - maintains that F.B.I. Director Comey was no sweet
honest to a fault.non-political trustworthy guy.In fact, the job actually calls for
the opposite.Comey WAS Political. We were led to believe he wasn't.That he
    was an honorable good Republican.
Turns out the F.B.I. headquarters Bldg. is about ready to fall down.
it's in really bad shape.Comey has been heard to say he would like it
rebuilt and re-name it ... The Comey Building. How Political is that.
Sounds like something Obama the Meek would advise him on.

I don't think the History books will see it that way.
Even if Obama and his Dimocrats con We the People into believing
the sky is Green and the Grass is Blue.

Only those in corrupt Communist governments have such rights.

she does have a legal right to not disclose "personal" emails... problem is, a growing number of the emails she deleted, that have been recovered now, were not "personal" emails and were directly related to government restrictions and requirements to turn them over... or do you want to challenge the notion many emails deleted, were not government related? do you seriously want to attempt to go down that route? or would you like to concede she deleted emails she should not have, and you can attempt to make excuses like "it was just a mistake" and not an intent to delete many emails she by law had to turn over... how would you like to proceed, because its been established and proven by the FBI itself, some of the deleted emails WERE in fact government related and not "personal" as you want to cling to...

In March 2015, it became publicly known that Hillary Clinton, during her tenure as United States Secretary of State, had exclusively used her family's private email server for official communications, rather than official State Department email accounts maintained on federal servers. Those official communications included thousands of emails that would later be marked classified by the State Department retroactively.

Some experts, officials, and members of Congress have contended that her use of private messaging system software and a private server violated State Department protocols and procedures, as well as federal laws and regulations governing recordkeeping.

    BlackBerry phones

Prior to her appointment as Secretary of State in 2009, Clinton and her circle of friends and colleagues communicated via BlackBerry phones.[1] State Department security personnel suggested this would pose a security risk during her tenure.[2] The email account used on Clinton's BlackBerry was then hosted on a private server in the basement of her home in Chappaqua, New York, but that information was not disclosed to State Department security personnel or senior State Department personnel.[3] It proved impractical to find a solution, even after consulting the National Security Agency, which would not have allowed Clinton to use her BlackBerry, or a similarly unsecured device, linked to a private server in her home.[4] Setting up a secure desktop computer in her office was suggested, but Clinton was unfamiliar with their use[5] and opted for the convenience of her BlackBerry,[6] not the State Department, government protocol of a secured desktop computer. Efforts to find a secure solution were abandoned by Clinton,[4] and she was warned by State Department security personnel about the vulnerability of an unsecured BlackBerry to hacking.[7] She affirmed her knowledge of the danger, and was reportedly told that the Bureau of Diplomatic Security had obtained intelligence about her vulnerability while she was on a trip to Asia, but continued to use her BlackBerry outside her office.[8]

In May 2016, the Department's Office of the Inspector General Steve Linick released an 83-page report about the State Department's email practices.[44][45][46] The Inspector General was unable to find evidence that Clinton had ever sought approval from the State Department staff for her use of a private email server, determining that if Clinton had sought approval, Department staff would have declined her setup because of the "security risks in doing so".[44] Aside from security risks, the report stated that, "she did not comply with the Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act,"[47]

Inspector General Linick wrote that he "found no evidence that staff in the Office of the Legal Adviser reviewed or approved Secretary Clinton's personal system", and also found that multiple State employees who raised concerns regarding Clinton's server were told that the Office of the Legal Adviser had approved it, and were further told to "never speak of the Secretary's personal email system again".

It is known that hackers in Russia were aware of Clinton's non-public email address as early as 2011

In an interview with Fox News in late July 2016, Clinton stated “Director Comey said my answers were truthful, and what I’ve said is consistent with what I have told the American people, that there were decisions discussed and made to classify retroactively certain of the emails.” PolitiFact awarded Clinton four "Pinocchios", its worst rating, for her statement saying "While Comey did say there was no evidence she lied to the FBI, that is not the same as saying she told the truth to the American public."....snip~

Her Private server was never public. So why do you persist with the false statement? How did the Russians know about her NON PUBLIC EMAIL address, again?

It guys constantly ask others for advice. Sites like stack exchange are setup for that very reason.

He's not running fortune 500 company here. It's a single server. I'd say if he's managing stuff like that it's because he dosent have the required skillset to do something better.

She has NO right to delete email until it's been determined by a third party to be of no relevance in an ongoing email investigation.

News flash...O.J. Simpson doesn't get to decide for himself if his Bruno Magli shoes (worn the night of Nicole Simpson's murder) should be destroyed, or not.

Does this clear things up for you?

Show us the warrant for her emails about changing diapers and the probably cause used to obtain such a warrant.

Does this clear things up for you?

If not, may I suggest reading the constitution.

    Thank You, from your link

There are several reasons to believe the reddit user is indeed Combetta, who was granted immunity by the Justice Department during its investigation of Clinton's private server after he deleted a large number of emails.

The evidence connecting Combetta to the account is circumstantial, but also voluminous. The inactive website combetta.com is registered to the email address stonetear@gmail.com, a search of domain registration information using the service whois.com indicates. An account for a person named Paul Combetta on the web bazaar Etsy also has the username stonetear.

And, perhaps most damningly, there are the dates.

On July 24, 2014, stonetear posted to reddit:

Hello all- I may be facing a very interesting situation where I need to strip out a VIP's (VERY VIP) email address from a bunch of archived email that I have both in a live Exchange mailbox, as well as a PST file. Basically, they don't want the VIP's email address exposed to anyone, and want to be able to either strip out or replace the email address in the to/from fields in all of the emails we want to send out.
I am not sure if something like this is possible with PowerShell, or exporting all of the emails to MSG and doing find/replaces with a batch processing program of some sort.
Does anyone have experience with something like this, and/or suggestions on how this might be accomplished?

On July 23, 2014, the House Select Committee on Benghazi had reached an agreement with the State Department on the production of records, according to an FBI report released earlier this month on the bureau's probe of her email use.

Stonetear posted to reddit on Dec. 10, 2014:

Hello- I have a client who wants to push out a 60 day email retention policy for certain users. However, they also want these users to have a 'Save Folder' in their Exchange folder list where the users can drop items that they want to hang onto longer than the 60 day window.
All email in any other folder in the mailbox should purge anything older than 60 days (should not apply to calendar or contact items of course). How would I go about this? Some combination of retention and managed folder policy?

The FBI report says that Cheryl Mills, a longtime Clinton aide and attorney, requested in December 2014 that the email retention policy be shortened to 60 days. The FBI report says Mills "instructed [redacted] to modify the email retention policy on Clinton's clintonemail.com e-mail account" but that "according to [redacted] he did not make these changes to Clinton's clintonemail.com account until March 2015."

Read the fourth amendment, yes it does.

You can subpoena someone to bring PUBLIC records. You can't subpoena and compel someone to bring PRIVATE letters, unless there is a WARRANT based on PROBABLE CAUSE.

    You're welcome, again.

No she doesnt. This was all done after as subpoena. Deleting evidence under subpoena or in anticipation of a subpoena is is obstruction.

She had no right to set up a private server to conduct state business. They have already found thousands of work related emails she deleted claiming they were personal. The reason for the record retention laws exist are to prohibit this very behavior. The reason for all of the protocols surrounding classified data handling exists to prevent leaving our nations secrets effectively on a park bench on the internet.

You really need to reevaluate your somewhat obscene position on this issue.

Shows what you know. What this guy was trying get to do is difficult if not impossible. If e-mail servers simply allowed you to strip already sent e-mails it would be a major security problem.

That's what she was given a subpoena for..... to produce ALL of her work records.

Which part by Comey confused you when he said the FBI discovered hundreds of work emails that were deleted.

They weren't State Department emails. They were private emails on a private server.

Many of which belonged on secure government servers because they were not private emails. The tech was trying to figure out how to remove or replace Hillary's email address to obscure her involvement in government communications.

All her records don't include private emails. They aren't public records.
