The article which you built this gripe upon.

Because you opened this thread about that article. It seems you didn't even read it and just went with the headline. Typical.

You seem to have missed this from the article: ""Our focus was to get Trump out of office," he said."

And the 'undercover journalist' explains they did it by talking about his health, which is what Biden opponents do non-stop:

Nothing new about hypocrisy in politics. To be honest, I don't remember too many discussions about his health, except after he had that episode which took him to the hospital. It was kind of funny, because no one suggested he had a mini-stroke, but he kept saying "I didn't have a mini-stroke". It seems obvious the doctors told him that he had one.

PS. The source FOX refers to (Project Veritas) is beyond biased, and a history of fabricating news and even videos, so you should probably take stories about "undercover journalists" with a grain of salt.

How does the source change what the target says on camera?

You upheld Fox in the original post, and a couple posts later. No biggie, from your comments I assumed that you had upheld Fox.

Yes, there are many opinion pieces on CNN, and they are jaded, which is why I don't take their word for things at face value.
Just to clear this up, I'm not a CNN apologist, they have their problems too. I have found them to be probably the most unbiased of the 24 hour news channels, but far from perfect. I have never caught them outright lying, but all of the news agencies have gotten "burned" by reporting something that later turned out different. In the race to be first to report something, they make mistakes. For just the news, BBC seems to be pretty good, and some of the local outlets (in my area we have Spectrum cable service, and they have a news channel called Spectrum news that does a pretty good job of just reporting the news. Who, when, what. The "why" is where many go wrong. I like to see the event on my own, rather than listen to someone else's take on it. The internet is good for that, as most things can be found there. There were times when I read/heard about something from CNN and according to them, Trump was trying to destroy America. Then I would watch the speech for myself and I didn't see their point, so I didn't take on their opinion. I try to form my own opinion based on what I can learn about the subject factually. It isn't easy sometimes, as each agency will take a speech and only show the parts they want to highlight. The vast majority of the time the actual speech or whatever can be found and viewed so that one can form their own opinion. I've also found that checking the websites is more efficient than watching the broadcasts, as it's easier to filter out the bs and opinion.
With the Covington and Brown stories, I don't remember the coverage of Brown, but with the Covington story, they got caught up in the initial "shock" of the story before waiting for the whole story to come out, mostly because it fit the narrative they liked. Again, it helps to fact find on your own instead of taking the word of people who may have an agenda. \
I don't like Donald Trump, but not because of what I've seen or heard on tv, but because he said things and did things I strongly disagree with. That doesn't mean that everything he did was wrong, from my viewpoint, as each action/statement must be viewed and judged on it's own merit. Not easy to do, though, as bias affects each and every one of us.

And it regards to Project Veritas, in my opinion, it's a waste of time to even consider what they come up with. They have been caught too many times completely making up stuff. Last one I looked into, the Omar campaign scandal, was so faked that it seemed insulting, except that they are making money from it as it fits the narrative some people want to believe.

So you don't think that CNN lie, but you're aware that they slandered the Covington kids as viscious white supremacists? Strange.

The guy on the camera is James O'Keefe, the founder of Project Veritas, which has been caught in too many lies to be taken seriously.

Now it's five networks, not "every other network?"
    We were talking about Trump.

    Connect the dots, fer crissake.

@Enuf Istoomuch said Trump was "a real and present danger to the security of the United States." Trump was Prez when we killed hundred of thousands of Americans and his handling of the pandemic was a problem he created for himself.

Yes, so not specific to the pandemic.

You're talking about his COVID rhetoric?

I don't know, but don't care. Example, I could take a video of an expressway in a city at 8am on a Sunday morning, showing very little to no traffic. Then, I make up a story about how everyone in that city is scared to drive on the expressway because of a killer loose and show that video to "prove" what I said, even though it's deceiving because the video is taken out of context. Project Veritas does that all the time. I can't say that everything they portray is a lie, as the best lies are mostly truth, but there is enough inaccuracy (to be kind) to not trust anything else they do or say. If you know someone who is a habitual liar, you'll know what I mean. And unfortunately, most of us do know someone like that.

You're totally confused. He said that CNN's focus "was to get rid of Trump." Simple! Nothing to do with taking anything out of context!

I agree with him, that lots of people at CNN wanted to see Trump gone. I guess I'm not surprised, having watched CNN a pretty good amount, just as FOX did the opposite, MSNBC promotes a progressive agenda, etc. There's a lot of opinion on all those channels.
It's important for people to have an open mind, both directions, when they watch these "news" channels. They are a privately owned entertainment companies. I guess I find it odd that you are shocked.

Project Veritas is an American far-right[38] activist group founded by James O'Keefe in 2010.[42] The group produces deceptively edited videos[24] of its undercover operations,[16] which use secret recordings[17] in an effort to discredit mainstream media organizations and progressive groups.[50] Project Veritas uses entrapment[23] to generate bad publicity for its targets,[2] and has propagated disinformation[14] and conspiracy theories[57] in its videos and operations.

But you people fall for it every time because you're biased like that.

They basically did, but just not in those exact words. Stop defending CNN. They slandered those kids plain and simple.
