    That is simply not true. California has a criminal statute that defines 'rape'. Brock Turner was not charged with 'rape' because he didn't 'rape' anyone. The Baylor football player, Sam Ukwauchu, did rape someone........and received an almost identical sentence.......but due to black privilege nobody on the left cared........

    I guess the dumb-ass kid has a right to his stupidity. An appeals court probably has to hear him, but they damn sure don't have to listen intently or take his shat seriously.

    It's too bad that an appeal does not carry the risk of additional years of sentencing to serve if the court so renders. This kind of flakey appeal would never be attempted.

    I think hate crime laws are in place for no other reason than to come down harder on white people. Regarding this kid, he's an idiot, but his appeal is probably based upon his lawyer's creativity.

    I can't agree completely. I think they are targeted against not just whites but conservatives.

    The whites with clear psychological disorders who pretend homosexuality and transgenderism are new minority groups don't apply.

    I was thinking of Tim Cole, who was also a veteran who died in prison for a rape he didn't commit. Pretty sure you don't want to go down this road.
