    Then quote any of the sources you listed that specifically state whites make this argument more than blacks.

    I don't do hypotheticals son.......prefer to just deal with facts and reality. The predicate of this thread was 'blonde haired, blue eyed' athletes getting off easy on sexual assault charges due to 'white privilege'.... while black afroletes are severely punished on similar charges........which is a false assertion

    No one's saying false accusations don't happen, just that if you're actually guilty of it or any big crime in general, blacks are likelier to get harsher sentences. Nothing in this country's 230+ year history suggests fairness or equal treatment will actually be practiced.

    Nobody's defending it.........but, come on........it was two wasted drunk college students. Nobody was raped. If the two witnesses hadn't come by on their bikes, both the victim and Turner would have ended up hungover on someone's coach the next morning wondering what happened the night before. Not exactly the crime of the century. Now, compare this case to the actual rape that occurred at Vanderbilt where the black football players not only raped the victim but urinated on her afterwards while calling her a 'white bitch' and saying 'this is for slavery'
