That woman should be fired because she's too stupid to be a teacher.

I think it is never good to show up on a police blotter as a sex offender.

You mean do I hope that the policeman has a higher IQ than the public teacher that called him?

    I do.

What if, you actually read the article?

"Margaret Ann Haring, 56, initially called child welfare officials, who directed her to contact the sheriff,"

Or what if the public teacher is a lesbian who cannot stand the thought of girls kissing boys?

    Read the god(*)(*)(*)(*)story again statist.

The 1st person the idiot called was CWS. CWS then told them to call the police. Do you and every other statist understand who CWS is and what they can do to a family? Evidently not.

Why didn't this idiot call the parents 1st? If I was a parent of these kids my ass would be on TV verbally abusing the idiot who called CWS and the cops.

Statists think the parent has no rights, which is why your OK with this along with the idiot who called CWS 1st.

Meanwhile the same idiots who condone this are telling everyone that the same kids need sex Ed class....lol.

Explain that. Girl kisses boy, call CWS! Teach same girl and boy how to have sex, great nothin wrong! You want to provide the how to do it, then when they get caught, just kissing call the police state. How do you defend any of it?

Regardless, why did the state tell her to call the police for a kiss of any kind?

thats what I thought I just said.....CWS told the teacher to call the cops....

you sound far too hostile for civilized society. people trying to protect your children is not cause for anger.

a right to let your kids kiss other kids at school?
    thats idiotic logic.

we also teach kids about drugs, but dont let them smoke crack at school

does that confuse you as well?

Because the public employee at CPS is just as incompetent as the public teacher.

One has to ask why is it a big deal for a girl to kiss a boy. I know they are kids but come on.

Its a friggin kiss. Call the police notify the national guard and declare martial law its the end of the world!

If basic common sense, and/or opinions offered by political/ideological opposition run counter to their world views and parroted narratives...

progressive leftists...the most prominent and active within the 'statist community'...cannot resist a chance to display their pathologically contrarian and laughably duplicitous "intellect".

It's mental illness....there can be no other explanation.

It's called CYA. Teachers have been sued for not reporting things like that. Teachers and schools basically have no power to discipline students any more. The police do.

    1) If she was troubled by the kiss or either child had an issue with the kiss then they should have notified the parents.

    2) Police are not there to "discipline" children. Specially for a friggin kiss.

Oh gawd ....it's getting worse and worse. Here's a case of normal, natural puppy love, a 12 yr old boy gets a little kiss and the teacher frantically calls CWS, who tells her to call the COPS! Paranoia runs amuck b/c a 12 yr old girl kissed a boy.....Unbelievable...... totally unbelievable... but it's happening. This is the reality of the school system.

The teachers/school admin are no longer problem solvers in even the most trivial of incidents. They have no common sense, no rational, no understanding of kids in their developmental stages. Their reaction is "A KISS? She KISSED him? OMGAWD! What do I DO?! I know! I'll call child services! They'll tell me how to handle this gawd-awful problem b/c I need help w/this!" Then the cops are called ... over an innocent kiss b/t 2 12 yr olds.........

And these brain-dead morons are in charge of our kids..... holy crap, we are seriously going to hell in a hand basket.........

Did the boy at least get to second base before being arrested?

JK, but this whole incident is absolutely ridiculous. It falls way below a Sandusky and only slightly above Nothing.

What a waste of police time and our money.

No...Ferret them out and ship them to parts unknown.

Oh, wait...Teacher unions don't typically support or promote the elimination of a dues payer.
