What act. Are you really so naieve that you believe videos cannot be doctored or even the " entire" video with timeline cannot be doctored? And you might want to look up the time lage between the release of the doctored video and the release of the " entire" video.
That was not the case here... So your debate tactics is moving the goal posts and petty insults.... Got you.
Can I force you to give me your blood if I need a blood transfusion and you are the only available donor?
Lol...The same people who think that the moon landing was a hoax are the first ones to proclaim that the doctored videos done by some anti-abortion extremists are the gospel truth. There is no moral or intellectual consistency from such people.
Lol...Wouldn't it be nice if cons cared more about those already born? But we already know that the "pro-lifers" are nothing of the sort. They just want to inflict their religious ideology on others. They are anti-abortionists and don't give a rat's ass about children who are already born and in need.
That is selling and when you are negotiating a price for your product that is selling and they indicted the person filming for attempting to purchase so if it is as you say that would have been a legal purchase.
If the videos were a lie and there was no selling going on then why was the guy making the video indicted for attempting to buy based on the false videos? You are saying he was indicted yet there was no crime being committed in the evidence.
Here is the Texas video, the original release And unedited here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCiD9_ICt44 Revenue stream, help bottom line, financial benefit, manipulate the process to get more intact parts......
So you think bearing false witness, and manipulating the facts (lying to the court) is alright as long as it is for a good cause and should go unpunished? WTF?
Or ask it this way.... if "morality and goodness" ...or even "God"....are "on the side" of the anti-choice folks.........why do they have to LIE to promote their agenda???
I don't think that's what the videos creators as are charged with. Its more of creating false badges, having hidden video cameras and recordings conversation, etc. Somehow I feel the creators like these new developments. Keeps them in the news.
Ask it however you wish but lying to the court, or manipulating evidence for a particular result is a criminal act. Just too bad more of the criminal police officers and prosecutors are not held to the same standard.
You missed the reference, I see. Calling the medical research exemption a "loophole" implies that it is an unintended error in the law, or a "bug." On the contrary, there is no loophole, simply a deliberately crafted, narrowly specific exception - a "feature" of the law, not a "bug." The fact it seems to annoy those who have a forced-birth fetish is simply a bonus for those of us who find entertainment value in such things...
The thread title is a joke. To not be indicted by one particular GJ is not to be "cleared by the Court". The jury only sees the evidence presented by a hack prosecutor, with no defense presented. This case is a godsend for pro-lifers regardless, as it will get PP exposed to the Court. The defense will have all the funds it needs.
I don't think they were indicted for any of those things you mention. Besides, the videos creators imho will enjoy cross examining the fired employees. I bet you those that got fired will be more willing to talk now. This is a bad move for pph. Keeps the videos in the news.
I've posted this elsewhere, but let's see if we can make it simple enough for the average forced-birth fetishist to grasp: Here is the ACTUAL FRAKKING LAW: Texas Statutes - Section 48.02: PROHIBITION OF THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF HUMAN ORGANS (a) "Human organ" means the human kidney, liver, heart, lung, pancreas, eye, bone, skin, fetal tissue, or any other human organ or tissue, but does not include hair or blood, blood components (including plasma), blood derivatives, or blood reagents. (b) A person commits an offense if he or she knowingly or intentionally offers to buy, offers to sell, acquires, receives, sells, or otherwise transfers any human organ for valuable consideration. (c) It is an exception to the application of this section that the valuable consideration is: (1) a fee paid to a physician or to other medical personnel for services rendered in the usual course of medical practice or a fee paid for hospital or other clinical services; (2) reimbursement of legal or medical expenses incurred for the benefit of the ultimate receiver of the organ; or (3) reimbursement of expenses of travel, housing, and lost wages incurred by the donor of a human organ in connection with the donation of the organ. (d) A violation of this section is a Class A misdemeanor. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 40, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 26, 1985. Amended by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 900, Sec. 1.01, eff. Sept. 1, 1994. So, the grand jury looked at the tapes, looked at PP's records, talked to witnesses, and came to the simple and obvious conclusion - the lying propagandist who solicited fetal organs under false pretenses needed to be charged under Section b of the statute, and PP was completely compliant and guiltless of wrongdoing under Section c, Clauses 1 and 2. David Daleiden had no foundation that actually used the fetal materials he was soliciting for "medical research." In fact, his "research company" was a complete scam for the sole purpose of (unsuccessfully) tricking PP employees into saying something incriminating. The irony that the only person caught on tape saying anything incriminating was the person actually stupid and arrogant enough to make the "entrapment" tape to begin with is just icing on the cake. The law worked EXACTLY the way it was supposed to work, the way the legislators who wrote it and the governor who signed it INTENDED it to work. I know it sucks to have Reich-wing blinders that prevent even that little bit of pure logic through, but hey - whatcha gonna do? We must all learn to work within our limits...
The videos were edited so as to create a fraudulent representation of what actually took place, and images were added that were falsely represented as something they were not. They attempted to falsify evidence and present it as factual. That is a deceitful lie. It is illegal to present false evidence to a court for any reason.
I can tell you who needs more "grey stuff" but it would be rude. - - - Updated - - - Don't accuse unless you can prove.
They have the unedited video available to everyone. Like I said the are being indicted for making "fake" badges and silly stuff like that. Things that have been done before through the course of investigative journalism. In any case, the videos creators are liking thus new development.
Of course they won't apologize, their war against treating women like humans continues. But this piece of news is so much fun to shove in their pinched, hate-filled faces
