Abortion is settled law and is not going to change. Giving you the advantage of assuming we could reverse RVW, how would you resolve:

Medical tourism
Abortion drugs
Black market abortion
imprisoning women and doctors

Even if you could solve these issues, what do you propose we do with thousands of unwanted children? We don't have homes for the thousands we have now?

The federal govt provides 37% of PP revenue. If you are totally naive, you can claim that money does not go directly to pay for abortions, but then you would be showing you have no understanding of fungibility.

PP exists for abortion, its claims to be a general provider of health care have been shown to be false, they dont even have the facilities to provide general health care for women.

Some states pay directly for abortions.

In the past, abortions for military or overseas government personnel were paid for by the government.

There's a big difference between killing a 5 year old child who's already a highly developed functional individual, and terminating a 1-5 month old fetus that's still incapable of sustaining its own life outside the womb. Regarding an non-viable fetus as equivalent to a born child is like regarding an engineering drawing of an engine as equal to a fully installed motor in a car. It's nonsense.

 

I was asking him if he would support laws banning unnecessary abortion because I know that exceptions are made in cases of rape, incest, or when her live is in danger. He hasn't answered yet.

 

No, and they never explain how a fetus due to rape is different than a fetus due to consensual sex....good luck getting any coherent answer.
