The election results indicate the American people have come to the realization that it is better to shut-down the government than to allow Obama and his gang of incompetents to run rampant and inflict disastrous legislation on the country like the ACA.

Mid term elections in a President's second term are ususally like this.

It was so in the 1946 mid terms when the Democrats lost control of both houses of Congress (Truman had been President as FDR's successor for a little over 18 months.

The GOP did poorly in the 1958 mid terms as well./

The same would be true of Reagain in 1988, and Bush in 2006.

There has been only one exception to the dismal rule.

That was 1998. That year the voters decided to punish the GOP for wasting the nation's time on trying to make a Constitutional crisis about a lie over a blow job.

You stated that months ago everyone knew what the election results would look like and you attempted to belittle the poster you were responding to for making a big deal out of the results. Liberals are now describing the election results as a "bloodbath". I questioned your assertion and even listed prominent liberals who believed the Democrats would actually hold the Senate. I challenged you to support your assertion that everyone knew the election would be an absolute bloodbath. You have still failed to even attempt to support your assertion as you know your assertion was so absolutely absurd that in making it you accomplished nothing more than to make yourself look foolish.

Not being content with that you actually doubled down and told us that you had predicted the election results almost exactly. Now that statement could actually be backed up by simply referencing the post where you made those exact predictions. I challenged you to reference that post, but you couldn't, and we have to assume that the post simply doesn't exist. Bizarrely, you actually told me to look at all your posts in this thread for proof of your predictions. Considering the fact that this thread was started after the elections anything you have said in it about the elections wouldn't exactly be a prediction, so my not looking through them doesn't constitute laziness as they mean nothing relative to your claim that you can't back up.

 

You are rambling again and with all that effort you could have simply gone and done some reading. I am not your waterboy, if you want to know what I said on the elections before hand go do your own leg work, otherwise you learn nothing.

I think that there are enough nervous dems that will vote to convict "0", Holder and a couple of others if they keep trying to dictate their agenda of ruin and decline. An obvious assault of the Constitution can't be ignored and if there are any loyal Americans in the Senate they will vote to convict Barry and strip him of all pay and entitlements and forbid him from working in the USA.

 

It just goes to show just how totally disconnected the democrats and liberals are from reality. This was all predicted and predictable.
