I don't know what to make of the lack of polls. There were five polls done in Missouri in September, none so far in October. Five seems overkill. None, irresponsible especially when all five September polls were in the margin of error making that race basically tied. Indiana had only one poll in August, one in September. So none so far in October fits into the once a month polling. Montana had two in september, none in October.

It seems in races as close as those, polling would be more than once a month. It also seems being this close to election day, polling would pick up. Could be just one of those things. I really don't know.

Yes ... but not "unintended consequences" judicially speaking. Restoring the integrity of the judicial, and reaffirming the separation of power between the 3 branches, might be Trump's greatest accompishment. Originalists do not interpret laws, they uphold them. Democrats are equally served when laws they've written are upheld. Judicial injunctions have been widely abused and used to undermine the will of voters who mandate proposed legislation with their ballots. You cannot be an American without adhering to the single doc that makes us Americans. The US constitution.

 

Pretty much after the Dem Party's leadership committed such a huge public relations debacle in their handling of the crazy person and the DNC operative and the total skank who all three blatantly lied about Kavanaugh and then the same politicians demanding another investigation into a man who'd already repeatedly been background checked up one side and down the other --- waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more than Barack Obama was ever back ground checked, by the way -- and then looked utterly stupid for their insanely clumsy efforts before the entire nation, they are now desperate to return to home turf and engage in massive political damage control efforts. Trump . . . wins . . . again.
