    And here we have another illegal who got deported after mooching off our welfare systems and thinks he's entitled to a visa.

    After years of Obama 'the door is wide open' immigration policy, Trump and Co are finally following the law. People who are likely to become (or have been in the past) a burden to U.S. taxpayers are being rejected visas......as they should be. The article in itself is misleading....the rule has always been there, they just ignored it. Now they aren't. Next up, fake asylum seekers.....give discretion to Immigration Officers to kick them out the door and be done with it. :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::flagus:

    if the rule has always been there, then it's not a rule change as the title suggests

    "General welfare" for who?

    For Americans? Or for Mexicans?

    Seems pretty obvious that you mean general welfare for people who are not American. When you let the illegals in, you are actually promoting "general badfare" (dear lord I can't believe you used that word) for the Americans who are actually living here.

    How can you not see this? Take from one person and have to give to another, its not rocket science.

    Deal. As long as we eliminate all publicly funded healthcare for those suffering from drug addiction. Make it all legal but make everyone personally responsible for the destruction they cause. How long would it take Darwin to clean out the rabble=)

    Excellent news. We need merit based immigration, like Canada and other countries have. Being related to someone is an accident, not a qualification.

    only the right wing prefers their socialism on a national basis to Commerce well regulated. We have a welfare clause General, not common. We should be solving our problems in a market friendly manner whenever possible.
