It never happened in the first place and basically what you just said is that Trump can do ANYTHING as long as he doesn't turn in to Hillary.

He literally COULD shoot someone in the middle of Fifth Ave and you would support him (as he himself claimed)

Maybe that is what Trump said and maybe it's not but what we do know is that the Congresswoman is a Dem Party politician who hated Trump well before the call and so is inclined to say or do or LIE in any way possible to hurt Trump.
