Its an interesting article which is going to require careful reading and research. I thank you for it. It does on occasion, makes leaps in conclusions where it ought to make only small steps, and asserts as fact that which it does not know as fact but there is sufficient meat here to warrant a detailed read. if there is anywhere in Obama's record that I have always been unhappy its in the area of civil liberties. None of this contradicts anything in my post, but I will be curious to read the reasoning behind some of the AG's decisions.
