Where I vote the polling booths are always more than 6’ apart and there’s no reason why we can’t vote in person.

It’s almost as if we live in a huge nation and each have different experiences.
I feel like conservatives forget that often.

 

We think the same about liberals and their considering our different experiences as valid. Fortunately we already have an absentee voter system that allows those who can’t be at a polling place to apply for and receive a ballot.

You can also keep social distancing by mail so no reason you can’t vote by mail.

 

So, you would have no problem voting by mail if the mail carriers and all the people in the mail sorting depot were trump supporters?

 

They aren’t monolithic supporters of one candidate or the other.

But in principle no problem. I am quite sure that almost all of them would prefer to keep their jobs and keep out of federal prison rather than see a particular candidate elected.

Edit - anyway, I don’t think any state is trying to force anyone to vot by mail. Just give them the option. Why do trump supporters want to make it more difficult for people to vote?

The point being the ballots would be handled by countless number of people.

No. I said they were the same. Very very few - a minuscule proportion - willing to risk prison for a politician they don’t know personally and with no idea whether their criminal behaviour would achieve anything.
