    There has to be some motivation because he is laying it on super thick. I'm sure hes aware of the power of cancel culture so ya his job might have been in the line. Makes sense.

    If its not meant to help minorities, who is it designed to help?

    I feel like I fall right into that category. At least to the government I do.

    I'd say it has to a degree but here's my point...

    When I applied for my current job as an operations specialist, how many minorities do you think I was competing against? 3? Maybe 5? I'd guess at least 50 total applicants applied.

    Just because you make it easier for minorities to get a job, it doesn't help if they never apply, or if they're wholly unqualified.

    So of course it will benefit the people who use it most.

    You can lead a horse to water...

    AA doesn't make it easier, it is suppose to make it more equal or fair. It also doesn't say that someone black has to apply for every job, it was put in place to make the opportunity equal if someone black did apply.

    No it doesn't. It befalls those involved in criminal activity and having interactions with the law, moreso than otherwise. If the Police kill a white man, is it racist or is it simply a right or wrong decision by the Police. The Police kill twice as many white men as black men. Do you know any of their names?
