Heritage foundation, a RW website is tracking voter fraud.

    ...
Although talk of voter fraud may be increasing because of the stakes in the 2020 election, The Heritage Foundation’s election fraud database has been around for four years. With the addition of our latest batch of cases, we are up to 1,285 proven instances of voter fraud.
    https://www.heritage.org/election-i...-swells-1285-proven-cases-voter-fraud-america

The article doesn't say if the 1285 proven cases are all from 2020 or longer time period.
But if all 2020 only, 1285/125M votes is a really small number. OK, that number = 0.0001%

    ...
Here is a link to their dbase.

LOL! Why would you rely on an RW website? Do you find right wing sources more credible that the Supreme Court?

"It remains true, however, that flagrant examples of such fraud in other parts of the country have been documented throughout this Nation’s history ... not only is the risk of voter fraud real but that it could affect the outcome of a close election."
    Crawford v. Marion County Election Bd., 553 U.S. 181 200 (emphasis mine)

I am not sure of the point you're making. I already agreed with you that any system man makes can be defrauded. That includes voting.
To me, it's the amount of fraud that we have, which is very very very low.

So, does the USSC state how much voter fraud there is in the country or only that it exists. Everyone knows it exists. It's a man made system.

    Read the bolded text:

"It remains true, however, that flagrant examples of such fraud in other parts of the country have been documented throughout this Nation’s history ... not only is the risk of voter fraud real but that it could affect the outcome of a close election."
    Crawford v. Marion County Election Bd., 553 U.S. 181 200 (emphasis mine)

Election rigging has always been a serious problem in the US. America is notorious election fraud innovator.

Yep. Fraud can NEVER be eliminated. I stated this 2X already. So what is your point? You think fraud should be 0.0000000%. Never happen.

August 17th? What election is this referring to?
And no name, what kind of arrest doesn't have a name associated with it?

Well they didn’t report on this. I would call this a news worthy story, wouldn’t you? What other reason would there be?

Who is they? Gatewaypundit is hardly local. And so far, no poster has been able to find a local story on this story. I thought you even looked?

    2021 CA Gubernatorial Recall Election
    • Like any statewide election, eligible Californians will have the opportunity to cast a ballot and make their voice heard.
    • All California active registered voters will receive a vote-by-mail ballot for the September 14, 2021 recall election. Your county elections office will begin mailing ballots by August 16, 2021.
    • The recall ballot will ask two questions: 1) do you want to recall Governor Newsom? and 2) If the governor is recalled, who do you want to replace him?
    • ...
    • So when did this person get all those supposed ballots?
Why are you all being so stealth in giving the actual story?

TORRANCE, CA – According to a Facebook post from the Torrance Police Department, a convicted felon was arrested earlier in August after allegedly being found in possession of a gun, drugs and “thousands of pieces of mail”.

    From your link. ^^^^^^^

    ...
Thousands pieces of mail? WTF. Mail = ballots? LOL. Did you read your source?
Suspected ballots? Wow. Notice the FB posting of the Torrence CA FB page said nothing about ballots. LOL.

Maybe this is the time you should deflect to a video of a general talking about CRT!!!
    AGAIN.

    Yes. I did.

"A photo of the seized evidence shared by police depicted some of the mail found, which bears a striking resemblance to official Los Angeles County mail-in ballots that are being sent out for the recall election of Gavin Newsom."

For whatever reason, the photo accompanying the report may or may not be the thousands of pieces of mail they found in his possession.

So you either assume that the police used that specific photo for reasons unknown or that those are the actual pieces of mail they found on him.

upon further investigation the photo the police included in this story is a stock photo used all over the place. This story is a nothing burger.

edit. Actually looking at most of these links so far these matches are in reference to this exact story so far. I haven't looked at them all. So still undecided.

Exactly… No story but it’s on the official police page. If you think it’s a hoax then report it on Twitter. My money says they won’t take it down

If that quote by that poster is accurate, no mention of ballots on that post. Just mail.

    Which photo? Post it.

All of these posts. You can't give a name or anything other that he had mail in his possession.

I gave you the tin eye link which did a web search for every website that has that image. They are all dated august this year so the likely hood the police attached a stock photo of the California mail in ballots is actually rather slim at this point.

The police are neither confirming or denying that the thousands of pieces of mail were just regular mail. But they did include this photo. Which I can't find anywhere else so far except attached to this story. And the photo very clearly showcases the ballots of the upcoming election in California.

What do you want from me? Do your own snooping now.
