    russian is not considered a european country you know nothing, its culture is COMPLETELY different from europe (russian culture actually developed seperately from europe for about a thousand years) and they are also a different race, mostly slavs. siberia is in east russia, which is about a thousand miles inside asia. you dont have a clue what youre talking about.

    actually its more than that siberia is several thousand miles inside asia, about as close to europe as you are now

    No it's not a country, is a continent(s). The United States of America is a country, america refers to the whole western hemisphere; south- and north america and central if you include that as a seperate part.

    European by definition includes everything inside europe, including russia. Russia in indeed very european. The word you're looking for it Germanic/greco-roman or something. Anyhow, european is not the word. And how funny your talking about race.. slavs are a race?

    The soviet union targeted specific ethnicities too if that's what your talking about. Cossacks, balts, ukrainians, poles, romanians, tatars, germans etc. All those were subject to killings, forced deportations and stuff. Look at the numbers, google is your friend: ca 100 million by communism, ca 20 million by nazism. How the freaking lowest level of hell can you support those that have killed five times as many? ANd stop trying to avoid discussion, this is a forum.

    I'm not saying that siberia is in europe, I'm saying russia is. And it is, part of it. And that part is actually 'main' russia. If you talk about europe you have to realise that you include not only western europe but also ukraine, russia, and even azeirbadjan.

    And about race.. Havn't you nagged about me using the term race to refer to blacks, white, asian etc.? I just found it a little bit strange, you being an extremist lefty and all.

    In the context of its use in this thread it is a country, when people say America they mean the USA not the USA and Canada and the whole of Latin America. You are really trying to be too smart here but have failed. You even used it in the context of the country in the same debate here.
