That's what I thought too! Just visit the rear of some estates, bring a bbq and watch the locals set stolen and dumped cars on fire with the odd rubbish wheelie bin set on fire for added excitement - truly high level terrorism!

No, not really. Sharia law has been in use for years, Europe is in fact called Eurabia now, civil war has broken out, democracy stunk, the kingdom of Islam has arrived, non-Muslims have to wear a clearly visible cross on their clothing, women are no longer allowed to work, speak or breathe and men have to wear beards at least 30 centimeters long with mucus all over.
How do I know? I read it on this forum (mostly coming from our well-informed yank friends), ok, not the mucus part.

Yea but this forum doesnt reprisent the cuts of the population fairly, the right wing is on the rise in Europe, Facist like leaders make headlines and too many ppl like that,

Europe needs to appear in full control over immigration, Russia and terror - and that's always a problem in lefty democracies who tend to be self criticsing above all else.

Liberals actually do think, unlike some of the conservatives here who appear to be terrified of everything, because they've been told to.

The IRA is history and now we have ISIS which you think we should ignore because as of yet they haven't topped the IRA death toll. Seems like odd logic to me.

    - - - Updated - - -

So your point is ISIS is no big deal ?

And you're naïve, wilfully or otherwise.

More than 50% of British Muslims want homosexuality illegalised. Not, "hey folks, just do you're thing in private, OK?", but actually made illegal. Their culture is completely incompatible. I'm not particularly liberal on the gay issue, but to want natural orientation made illegal is insanity. So 50% of British Muslims are insane.

The Irish terrorist attacks were pretty localised. Ireland was about Irish nationalism. The threat of Muslim fundamentalists is worldwide. What's happened in Sweden, Germany, the US etc isn't relevant to just those countries. I don't want what's happened to Sweden happening here.

    Ever heard of Tower Hamlets?

    Or large parts of Sweden?

"No go" is subjective. Some Islamic areas will never be "no go" for Islam's current recruiting arm of the regressive left. Any Islamic ghetto is a no go area as far as I'm concerned.

I, along with Riaraeb, also live within 10 minutes walk from one of those "no go" areas as defined by The Daily Mail, the same area I regularly go through at the end of a night out, and amazingly I survived and never been threatened!. You just live in irrational fear.

Don't know the other countries, but the UK is on a high terror alert. So it's probably correct.

    Alas, no.

You don't have to answer, but your stance and your username lead me to assume you're a Muslim. Am I wrong?

In the interests of fairness: I'm one of the whitey oppressors.

Radical islam is not big enough to qualify. We need an enemy which we can turn into a threat to the world, or at least western Europe. Once the USSR and the threat of communism spreading, the communist revolution, our military industrial complex would have been put on a diet, and the fear of a peace time economy with the loses in war monger profits were threatened. We needed a new enemy to replace the USSR. The only thing was Russia and our policy then insured she would serve just fine. And we have worked that to great success. So the men revealed in War is a Racket are very happy that we turned Russia into what we needed.

Very, the user name was actually a mistake, Bearair is my normal name online, it wasn't available so I wrote it backwards, and you can see who I am from the show your mug thread, an atheist Welshman in Cornwall! And there is nowhere in the UK I would not go, and the doggiest areas are often white.

You have a link to this '50%' claim? Do try to avoid the Daily Mail.

That map you posted is from express.co.uk.
I think that says pretty much everything. Why not breitbart or gatestone? They are just as preposterous.

That Canadian link you posted says, "United Kingdom - Exercise normal security precautions."
Same "normal precautions" for Germany, US, Sweden, Spain. Doesn't really agree with that map. The link does say "high degree of caution" for France and Belgium.
Now we know what the Canadian government thinks.

I live in Germany, and there are almost ten people killed every day in traffic accidents (2015: 3,475) here and more than eight (8,2) die from passive smoking every day, but I'm supposed to be afraid of radical Islamic terror on my way to the supermarket.
I should be much more afraid of using my car.

So the security threat from terrorism is 'severe' and that is normal?
