Even if they did re-open the investigation in February, and had Re-closed the investigation in May...

"Ukraine’s prosecutor general said in an interview that he had no evidence of wrongdoing by U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden or his son, despite a swirl of allegations by President Donald Trump’s lawyer.

The controversy stems from diplomatic actions by Biden while his son, Hunter Biden, sat on the board of Burisma Group, one of the country’s biggest private gas companies. As vice president, Biden pursued an anti-corruption policy in Ukraine in 2016 that included a call for the resignation of the country’s top prosecutor who had previously investigated Burisma.

Yuriy Lutsenko, the current prosecutor general, said that neither Hunter Biden nor Burisma were now the focus of an investigation. He added, however, that he was planning to offer details to U.S. Attorney General William Barr about Burisma board payments so American authorities could check whether Hunter Biden paid U.S. taxes on the income."

Ukraine Prosecutor Says No Evidence of Wrongdoing by Bidens

And just to re-emphasize that requesting campaign assistance from a foreign government while you simultaneously and unilaterally hold up hundreds of millions in military aid, a requested meeting, and a restoration of trade rights is an abuse of power. And to re-emphasize that attempting to hide, lie about, and order every current and former employee to shut their mouth during the investigation is an obstruction of justice.

And no, Democrats are most definitely not afraid of that dumb-ass talking point about a debunked Crowdstrike Server located in Ukraine when it is based on a fundamental misunderstanding of basic computers, i.e. the "email server" was a cloud based network made up of 100+ servers across the country.

The whistleblower evidently didn't know that the Ukraine had officially re-opened the investigation on March 28th, 2019, but Adam Schiff, being briefed as much as he is, did.

Schiff used Taylor and Vindman like sock puppets. Taylor, for all intents and purposes, perjured himself and Vindman went outside of the chain of command and now faces military protocol consequences.

So Schiff, once again, has shown his true colors.

You are right. It's important to watch and verify the "timeline of events." A time line generally shows cause and effect. By altering the time line and the cause and effect, an entirely fabricated narrative may be created.

Nice, big font... must be important :)

Nanci Pelosi has just announced the investigation may expand to include Trump's transgressions other than Ukraine... WTF why? Could it be because yesterday Tim Morrison blew Bill Tailor out of the water?

What's next? Investigate Trump for leaving New York and escaping high taxes? :hiding:

Let's wait for the public hearings and testimonies, before drawing conclusions based on leaks. You understand that don't you?

funny you say that after trying to intentionally acted like you did not know what I was talking about.. lol

the right always attacks the other side for what they themselves do... the only why to get you to see it, is to do it back to you

You are wrong... There is still an active investigation going on in the Ukraine.

Kevin McCarthy repeated just yesterday that our own DOJ has had an open investigation of the Bidens going on well before the July call took place and that they were working with their counterparts in the Ukraine who were also conducting their own investigation.

And yes, the Crowdstrike server holds enough information to put even Soros away, not to mention Obama.

Whoa... you do not trust Nancy Pelosi saying the investigation may expand beyond Ukraine? If you do not trust Nanci, who'd you trust? :confusion:

Sorry for being unclear. The hoax is that Trump asked a foreign government for election help.

Thanks for admitting that you intentionally and laughably distorted my words.

It will be a real pisser for the democrats when President Trump gives a national "Fireside Chat" and reads the entire transcript of the call to the American Public.

What does that have to do with waiting until the public hearings and testimonies before reaching a conclusion?

Not all of this is part of the Durham investigation, so it is hard to tell.

    https://www.worldtribune.com/report...democrat-party-interference-in-2016-election/

"Kulyk’s boss, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, told Solomon he has enough evidence – particularly involving Biden, his family and money spirited out of Ukraine – to warrant a meeting with U.S. Attorney General William Barr."

So since the rogue US Ambassador, Marie Yovanovich was recalled, the Ukraine has handed our DOJ a boatload of information so it could be pretty scathing.

    Cuz ...
    1. If the msm isn't talking about impeachment they'd have talk about the coming Durham indictments. Wait for the teeth gnashing on the left when it's revealed that barry ordered the code red.
    2. Ukraine doesn't investigate corrupt joe 30330 breaking US laws.

Trump didn't "solicit foreign governments to interfere with our elections."

Lutsenko also told Bloomberg News that he'd conducted an investigation and that they'd found no violations of Ukrainian law. Seems he's told a lot of people a lot of things.

Taylor perjured himself... And Morrison testified how Vindman went out of the chain of command. Yes, Morrison just totally blew up their case.

I have a feeling that Pelosi just found out that our own DOJ has been much more involved with the Ukraine situation than she had realized.

The transcripts (IMO) are the best indicator.

Something tangible as opposed to "I have concerns."

It means that releasing the aid because of the Whistleblower's report could be construed as part of a cover-up of an attempted conspiracy to withhold aid until Ukraine delivered the goods on Biden and the 2016 election...i.e. the "right answers" necessary to Trump personally.

Regardless of what Bloomberg claimed, there is an open case in the Ukraine and it has been open since well before July. Actually, the investigation was never officially closed after March 28th.

Probably shortly after Marie Yovanovitch had been recalled and was gone by May 20th. (I'm guessing that Bloomberg tried to give Marie Y. cover because of her stonewalling of the VISAs for the Ukrainian prosecutors.)

My guess is sometime around the end of May.
