It's 2022, Trump put himself in the FBI barrel. If he crimes, he does the time since there are Espionage Act violations that triggered the search and seizure. All he had to do was return the classified docs back to America for safe keeping, easy peasy no turd shining necessary. As for partisan, you are desperate to define others by your standards or lack there of.

It’s all political. They will downplay the emails as electronic rather than physical. Yet it was on a private server and not a government server. It’s equal in the possession argument in my opinion. That said I can’t stand the woman but I don’t believe in finding trivial things to lock up politicians. If they shared those documents with anyone outside of the group who holds the right classification to see them then I think it should be punishable. That goes for Trump, Hillary, and transgender whistleblowers.

in fact I’m positive that no charges will come of this. I think they’re setting up a case for another impeachment just as the FBI did with the fake Russian dossier

 

It's on the two page doc that was released, the warrant, Trump has a copy. The addendum will not be revealed until charges are filed if filed at all. Google "Espionage Act violations"....there are three violations listed on the two page doc Trump has a copy of.

 

And why wasn’t Hillary charged with the same? She too had over 100 emails containing classified information, including 65 emails deemed "Secret" and 22 deemed "Top Secret". An additional 2,093 emails not marked classified were retroactively designated confidential by the State Department.
