It’s not about whataboutisms lol. Democrats keep on saying equal accountability under the law but why start with Trump when she clearly was in the same boat?

 

And that's why both people were and are being investigated. Trump's the one however being investigated under the Espionage Act and for over 300+ classified docs some related to nukes. If the FBI and DOJ and the federal court system had enough legal justification to do this, you should be concerned. It's 2022 BTW.

 

Have we gotten proof that nuclear documents was being looked for and recovered or just hear say? And secondly the espionage act covers more than nuclear top secret documents

 

Were they classified docs at a private beach house? Why?
Who does these docs actually belong to? Trump or the American people?
Why were they taken and then not returned when asked for? Trump went through them and CHOSE not to return them, why?

Answer those simply questions before seeking any elusive life line.

 

I think the documents should have been returned if they were secret in any manner. That said it doesn’t explain the unprecedented move when in previous cases they did not respond in that manner.

 

He lied about what he had, he did not return the full tranche of docs when asked, three times and does he have more? The unprecedented move is due to "sufficient probable cause" and his refusal to cooperate.

 

Hillary lied as well, Hillary bleached her phones, Hillary had classified government documents (far more than trump) in a private server. Who’s home was raided? There is clearly not equality under the law.
