Well I was in Catholic Church this past Sunday, Gospel of Luke. Went over helping the needy.

Just wondering which part of being a good Catholic you are referring.

So protesting a decision already leaked was influencing what?

"Whether they are illegal is up to a court’s interpretation. Experts also warn that interpreting the law too broadly could infringe upon a person’s First Amendment right to peaceably assemble."

"Targeted, stationary protest, solely and directly in front of a justice's home, with the intention of influencing that justice’s opinion on a vote, could constitute a violation of Section 1507," said Vera Eidelman, staff attorney with the ACLU Speech, Privacy and Technology Project, in an interview with PolitiFact.

But claiming this section prohibits all protests in a justice’s neighborhood or that it bans people from marching past a justice’s home would be too broad of an interpretation, Eidelman said.

"That reading would unconstitutionally limit people’s ability to protest in traditional public forums, including streets and sidewalks, and it would restrict our ability to communicate our messages of dissent, disgust, and disappointment to the public," she said.

Like the warrant on TFG's Mago Lago residence, DOJ limits the info most of the time to not influence the public, except if a Clinton is running for Prez then you announce it 11 days before an election.

It was leaked. A decision wasn't made so protesting prior to a decision, at justices houses, with some that were blatant threats would fall explicitly under title 18. But go ahead and try to move the goal post all you want.

I think the majority draw a conclusion once they hear there was a "raid". On the topic of trump and the hillster, I don't see much of a difference between the "lock her up" lemmings and the :lock him up" lemmings. They are just rebleating a phrase that was fed to them.

Sorry, the decision was already made, protesting even in front of a SCOTUS house for ANY reason, IMO is much more justified than the rights unlimited support for the 2nd

BTW, they weren't just protesting in front of their houses, they were in the neighborhood, PROTECTED even from that law

I guess his 3,500+ lawsuits, Trump University $26 million settlement, , $2 Trump "charity" settlement and shutdown, Trump Org criminal indictment going to trial next month, the 26 woman who've accused him of assault or other sexual issues, being unindicted co conspirator with Cohen, his refusal to peaceful accept his loss, his refusal to turn over Gov't property as well as top secret docs, I'd see it differently

They were protesting a leaked draft. There wasn't an official until the ruling was released on 06/27/2022. They protested the houses of the Justice for nearly a month prior to the official ruling. That falls into title 18 and most lawyers who disagree with the decision agree that these protest were illegal in nature. Liberals once again selectively choosing what laws they should follow.

Is It Legal to Protest Outside Supreme Court Justices' Homes?

    Nope.

Do you support the FBI raiding somebody in their home due to simple assault charge from years previous?

There is absolutely no doubt now.

And the fact our house lefties will see these facts and try to justify them shows just how extreme our poltics have become.

    ****ing sieg heils, right liberals?

Weird then that this was dismissed at the local level then, you're assertion of the substance of the charge aside... But ignore the assault on the minor child..... That seems to undermine your point.

History doesn't a case make. Sorry. So, help me understand where this need to assault dudes home with the FBI SWAT team? Do help on this. And while you're at it, why doesn't the FBI seem to be able to actually find those folks responsible for the actual terror being dished out on the pro life folks... When do you suppose those swat attacks will occur? Are those events even being investigated by the FBI? Hard to know.

    Nope it wasn't

Philadelphia Municipal Court records show a man with the initial “B.L.” filed a private criminal complaint against Houck in October 2021 and the complaint is listed as disposed. The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office confirmed Monday that the office did approve a private criminal complaint against Houck earlier this year.

"But the case was disposed of locally so the DOJ could assume and lead the investigation," DA spokeswoman Jane Roh said. "It is incorrect to say that we declined this case."

The Houck spokesman reportedly said that after the private complaint was disposed, the U.S. The Attorney's Office notified Houck in writing that he was the focus of a federal criminal probe into the same incident.

“While it’s the FBI’s standard practice not to discuss such operational specifics, we can say that the number of personnel and vehicles widely reported as being on scene Friday is an overstatement, and the tactics used by FBI personnel were professional, in line with standard practices, and intended to ensure the safety of everyone present in and outside the residence,” the statement read.

If I lived with a Catholic pro-life activist, I'd be screaming too....

I imagine his wife has done her fair share as well...
